Allemaal met uw eigen privégids, goed geïnformeerd over de lokale geschiedenis, verborgen juweeltjes en natuurlijk wijn! We halen je op van de veerboot in Matiatia of je aangepaste ophaallocatie op Waiheke-eiland. Vervolgens gaan we naar Oneroa, waar gasten 20 minuten kunnen doorbrengen om de charmante straten van de grootste nederzetting van Waiheke Island te verkennen. Daar kunt u genieten van boetiekjes, het lokale erfgoed bewonderen en genieten van adembenemende uitzichten over de kust, allemaal in één ongelooflijke toeristische bestemming. We krijgen dan een kopje koffie voordat we naar het strand van Oneroa (long Beach) gaan met zijn adembenemende uitzichten over de baai!
We gaan dan naar boven naar uw eerste wijnproeverij bij Mudbrick Je hebt 40 minuten om een proeverij te doen en de sfeer van deze prachtige wijngaard te genieten Een wijnproeverij bij Mudbrick Vineyard op Waiheke Island is een meeslepende zintuiglijke reis, waar u een scala aan bekroonde wijnen kunt proeven terwijl u wordt omringd door prachtige wijngaarden en een panoramisch uitzicht op de Golf van Hauraki. De deskundige Wijngaardexpert begeleidt u door elke wijn, deelt inzichten uit de industrie en laat u achter met een nieuwe waardering voor de kunst van het wijnmaken. * De locaties zijn onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid
Je begint dan aan een schilderachtige route langs de oostkust van Waiheke en geniet van adembenemende uitzichten vanaf de weg met uitzicht op de oceaan en het kleine Oneroa-strand plus het fascinerende uitzicht op de prachtige Golf van Hauraki (veel fotomomenten)
We komen dan aan bij onze 2e wijngaard* voor Wijnproeverij & Lunch (optioneel) Wijnproeverij omvat 3 wijnen om te proeven, met wijngaardexperts die inzichten en geschiedenis delen. Lunch is niet inbegrepen in de Tour prijs en is optioneel. * afhankelijk van de dagbeschikbaarheid of indien vooraf gereserveerd, kan de wijngaard: - Partij, - Casito Miro, - Stoneyridge, - Kennedy punt * De locaties zijn afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid
Na de lunch gaan we naar onze 3e en laatste proeverij van de dag in een van de onderstaande wijngaarden - Partij / Stoneridge / Kennedy Point / of postzegel) Wijnproeverij omvat 3 wijnen om te proeven, met wijngaardexperts die inzichten en geschiedenis delen. * De locaties zijn onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid
Vanaf hier maken we een mooie rit terug door Blackpool en Piritahi Marae (Maori-dorp), waar we aankomen bij de veerbootterminal voor uw reis terug naar Auckland* We kunnen u ook naar een andere afzetlocatie brengen als u het eiland verder wilt verkennen.

We had such an incredible experience on this wine tour! Every winery we visited was beautiful and offered something unique, from the scenery to the overall atmosphere. The itinerary was very well planned with a great mix of wineries, and the pace of the day felt perfect — we never felt rushed and had enough time to truly enjoy each stop. A huge part of what made the day so enjoyable was our guide, Ardriani. She was friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and brought such a positive energy to the entire experience. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule, but the day still felt relaxing and enjoyable.

My husband and I had a wonderful time with Suzanne on our Waiheke wine tour. She was a friendly and thoughtful guide and we ended up purchasing a bottle from each of the wineries we visited. Lunch at Batch Winery was delicious, too. We learned a lot about Waiheke and Suzanne went out of her way to give us a good tour.

It was an amazing tour especially with our tour guide Susan (the Soap Opera and TV show personality). She took us to 3 great wineries - Casita Miro, Mudbrick, & Batch Winery - which, I think, had the 3 best views overooking the island into beautiful Pacific. She took care of us well. It ended being a 6 people tour which made is quite initimae/private (great imo). The tour is best for any adults that enjoys good wine or want to learn about NZ winnes. Admission fee was well worth it. Ended makes good connections with others on the tour. Kiwi Connect did an excellent job by hiring a island local - Susan. I highly recommend this tour company and especially tour guide. Can't go wrong, imo. For our short length of visit into Auckland, we are very glad we dedicated one day using Kiwi Connect to learn about Waiheke Island and it's boutique wines.

Booked the tour with Kiwi Connect through the JW Marriot Concierge and it was an awesome tour. Suzanne, our guide, emailed us the day before the tour with nice details about where to go and how to meet. She greeted us at the pier and we were off and running. She has a wealth of knowledge about the island and took us to some great viewing spots. The wineries were good and lunch at "The Heke" was excellent!! Highly recommend doing this as a private tour and getting a little closer to the people and the island as opposed to a larger tour bus.

It was perfect number of vineyards and tasting from small to mid to large size vineyards. One recommendation would be that based on the time of your tour start suggest at that time what time the ferry from Auckland they should take.
