- Het wordt aanbevolen om vluchten met een vroege aankomsttijd naar de Galapagos-eilanden te boeken en een late vertrektijd vanaf de Galapagos-eilanden om ervoor te zorgen dat u kunt genieten van alle activiteiten van de tour. Late aankomst en / of vroegtijdig vertrek betekent dat u misschien wat activiteiten mist.
- Als uw vlucht is vertraagd of geannuleerd en u niet op tijd naar Puerto Ayora kunt om de laatste speedboot naar het eiland Isabela te nemen, dat rond 14:00 uur vertrekt, helpt het team u met het vinden van accommodatie op het eiland Santa Cruz, maar dit zal op uw eigen kosten. Je mist de geplande activiteiten.
- Je hebt een gids tijdens het hele programma, behalve op de boten tussen de eilanden.
- Probeer alsjeblieft kleine tassen en bagage mee te nemen. Het openbaar vervoer in de Galapagos is gemiddeld klein en het kost meer tijd en ruimte als je grote bagage meeneemt.
- Kraanwater op de Galapagos-eilanden kan bacteriën bevatten en mag niet worden geconsumeerd, zelfs niet om je tanden te poetsen. Gebotteld of gezuiverd water wordt altijd aanbevolen.
- Stel jezelf op de hoogte van voedselveiligheid wanneer je naar tropische landen reist. Neem de nodige voorzorgsmaatregelen om voedselvergiftiging te voorkomen (was altijd je handen voor het eten, eet geen 'straatvoedsel', eet alleen geschild fruit, enz.).
- De exploitant kan geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor ziektes of gemiste maaltijden en rondleidingen als gevolg van een ziekte.
- Het is belangrijk om een reisverzekering te hebben inclusief een persoonlijke medische verzekering. Informeer ons over alle bekende medische aandoeningen die u heeft.
- De exploitant behoudt zich het recht voor om de route te wijzigen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving vanwege weersomstandigheden, voorschriften van het Nationaal Park of kennisgevingen en onvoorzienbare omstandigheden.
- Het is mogelijk dat er foto's worden gemaakt tijdens uw tour, dus wordt het aanbevolen om een USB mee te nemen.
- Als u een enkele reiziger bent, kunt u deelnemen aan de groepsreis en verblijven in een privékamer met een eenmalige toeslag

We loved the tours with our family with Rebecca Adventure Travel on Isla Isabela, Galapagos Islands! It was very well organised. We did a kayak tour, a snorkelling tour, a bike tour and much more! We saw Blue footed boobies, sealions, turtoises, sharks, Iguanas en many more! The contact with the organisation was perfect! The were there at any moment via WhatsApp! Great trip! Snorkeling was amazing. All the guides were excellent and spoke English very well. Everything was handled very smoothly. My only regret was not spending a longer time on vacation in the Galapagos Islands.

The tour was expensive with relatively few daily activities (some days none at all). My main concern was the extremely poor organization of the tour itself. The agent Rebecca Adventure simply books tours that are available locally at any agent on the Galapagos island. The actual tours were fine. We had issues with the hotel bookings (very poor standard), luggage transfer, both boat trips, and transfer to airport. This poor organization was also shared with the small group of other travellers that overlapped with me on these days. The communication with the agent was sub-optimal. Am available to share more in private but overall this is not an agency I would choose or interact with in the future.

The problem with the Santa Cruz hotel was solved and we will refund you for the night you stay there (we will contact you internally), the second night you were changed to other hotel and we offered you an apologize dinner and a bottle of wine in our behalf. A friend and I visited the Galapagos Islands (two of them) with Rebecca Travel and had a wonderful time. The snorkeling was amazing, the accommodations were great, and the sites and the animals were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this destination and Rebecca Travel.

Almost perfect. I give this 4 and not 5 only because we were sold a “5 day” tour where we were encouraged to book an afternoon flight on the last day to ensure we didn’t miss any activities, however, even though we did this (which cost more) and booked a flight at 3.20pm, we just went straight to the airport that day, we did not go to see the crater as promised and this annoyed us a lot. Otherwise, this really was the trip of a lifetime! Ricardo our coordinator on Isabella was brilliant (although I don’t think he worked for Rebecca Adventure Travel) and Laura on Santa Cruz was great as she came to check on us which was super helpful because our coordinator there, Tayo, hadn’t told us what time to meet the next day. We booked the budget option and were surprised by the high quality of the hotels- really nice! The tours were fantastic! We had the best 3 days of our life (it’s really a 3 day tour) and it was much easier to book through Rebecca Adventure Travel (communication with the office was very efficient) than try to do it all ourselves. I highly recommend booking through them!
