Egypt should not be lumped in with the trouble in the Middle East! Our trip was very secure, 4 days in Cairo went by in a flash. Though hot, it is not unbearable, and many places have A/C. Don't miss, now that there are few crowds and it is cheap.
Abdou was excellent! Very detailed information and super helpful.
Very informative, and Abdou was a great guide around the numerous sites we visited, and also helped make us aware of scams and fishing.

Abul was super nice and engaging
OMG we are only a few days in to our trip and today we went to the Great Pyramid and the recently opened Great Egyptian Museum- the largest museum in the world. Abdul, our guide was absolutley amazing, and being an archioligest himself was full of intricate, detailed, incredible knowledge. Sadly Egypt is suffering for tourism numbers due to the recent war. This is such a shame as we have felt completely safe. I encourage you to check this one off your bucket list, it is truly a life changer! Cannot thank you enough Abdul!
Abdul was an incredibly knowledgeable guide with a seemingly bottomless knowledge and enthusiasm for all things relating to ancient Egypt. We would not have learned 10% of what we did without him.

we had the pleasure of having Abdou take us on a tour of the Great Pyramids of Giza as well as the Sphinx and grand museum. His vast knowledge of the history very incredibly impressive. The tour was so well organised i felt so safe and informed about it the culture and history!!! This was an absolutely amazing experience!!
