Every time I sent a WhatsApp message to her, she responded promptly and enthusiastically. Most importantly, she sent messages every day to inform me of the tour itinerary for the next day and any important details to note. When you book services with this travel agency, you basically don't need to worry about anything—they provide all the transfer service, provide professional guides, and include most meals. What's most important is that I found this travel agency to be very trustworthy. Due to personal reasons, I couldn't stay at the hotel on the last day, and they refunded me for the last day's hotel expenses. On the day I was supposed to visit Rainbow Mountain, it was very dangerous due to heavy snow, so the guide canceled the plan to continue up the mountain and refunded me for the entrance ticket fee. I really appreciate it.
