Chef Cam has a wealth of knowledge and explained each recipe in detail. I would definitely recommend for all those interested in Mexican cuisine to book this class.
This cooking class offered an intimate and authentic cooking experience. You were allowed in the hosts' home, shown beautiful art. Music was available and the meals were straight forward and easy to follow. You will be engrossed in a slice of Mexican culture and see the day to day experience of a home chef. It was peaceful, fun and enjoyable. If you are looking for a raw and fun experience. Book this experience.

11/10 recommend !! We got to learn with hand in learning from a well traveled and passionate chef! We cooked and ate a variety of Mexican dishes with bottomless margaritas and yummy peach tequila shots. The location was a welcoming and cozy, felt like a night over at a friends house! Our host/chef/teacher was such a wonderful personality. She shared are knowledge about nutrition and food, a little about her travels and past, and felt like part of the group. Everything about this experience was amazing ◡̈
