We had a great experience on this Bangkok food and cultural tour and would definitely recommend it. The price was very reasonable for everything that was included. The only challenge was getting to the meeting point during Bangkok rush hour. We had to take multiple trains, but that’s more a reflection of how large Bangkok is than an issue with the tour itself. Depending on where you’re staying, it may be much easier. Our guide, Som, was absolutely fantastic. Her English was excellent, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about Bangkok’s history, culture, and food. She did a wonderful job explaining everything we ate and saw throughout the tour, which made the experience much more meaningful than simply visiting the locations on our own. We learned a lot about Thai culture, local history, and the stories behind the different foods we tried. Som was engaging, informative, and happy to answer questions throughout the tour. Overall, this was an excellent experience and a great way to learn about Bangkok while enjoying some amazing food. Highly recommended.

My brother and I had a great time on the Hidden Bangkok Tuk-tuk Street Food tour. The mixture of food, history and culture was spot on. I enjoyed the fresh, powerful and varied flavors and I was very full by the end. It was great to see some interesting temples and feeding the turtles with papaya was a lovely highlight. As is often the case, it was our guide that really brought the experience to life. Som was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and did and excellent job of answering questions. I felt like I got a genuine glimpse of what life can be like in Bangkok.

This tour was probably one of the best things we did in Thailand! The Tuk tuks we rode in were very cool and the drivers were super nice. Our guide was great - she told us so much about Thai food and history and took us to places we definitely wouldn’t have found otherwise. We ate at two different restaurants, visited shrines and fed turtles, and got to take home some flowers from the flower district. Our guide also arranged some cool photo ops for us and sent us all of her pics the next day. Definitely take this tour for a fun night out!

They take you to vendors they have partnership with. You’re better off doing this on your own having food that you like rather than this tour local guide barely spoke any English as advertised. I will look at other tours for this here in Bangkok.
We are disappointed to see such a completely fabricated review. To clarify for other travelers: this individual never actually participated in our tour or boarded our boat. The 'restaurant' mentioned is simply our designated Meeting Point and Pier; the reviewer never progressed beyond this location. It is highly dishonest to critique a guide’s language skills and a tour itinerary that you did not experience. In reality, our business incurred full financial losses for the pre-paid private boat and guide services reserved specifically for you—services for which you paid nothing. Furthermore, we do not tolerate the verbal abuse and foul language directed at our staff during the meeting.
