Om de tour te beginnen neemt uw Gids u mee op een boottocht op de beroemde Maid of the Mist (Seizoen: Midden mei - oktober). Voordat je aan boord gaat, heb je de kans om het uitzicht te bekijken vanaf de Prospect Point Observation Tower, direct boven de opstapplaats voor de Maid of the Mist boottocht. Bezoek vervolgens Goat Island, dat ook aansluit op Terrapin Point en Luna Island. Na Goat Island reis je naar de Cave of the Winds, waar je 175ft. afdaalt in de Niagara Gorge voordat je naar buiten gaat op een reeks loopbruggen die leiden naar het "orkaandek" - slechts een paar meter verwijderd van de Bridal Veil Falls. Geniet van gratis downtown Niagara Falls, USA in het comfort van uw eigen Mercedes Metris busje aan het einde van uw tour.

Bezoek vervolgens Goat Island, dat ook verbinding maakt met Terrapin Point en Luna Island. Terwijl je hier bent, leer je over de geschiedenis van de watervallen, zie je het Nikola Tesla-monument met uitzicht op de watervallen en kom je heel dicht bij de Bridal Veil-watervallen die zich tussen Goat Island en Luna Island bevinden.
Na Goat Island reis je naar de Cave of the Winds waar je 175ft afdaalt. in de Niagara Gorge voordat je een reeks loopbruggen opgaat die naar het "orkaandek" leiden - slechts een paar meter verwijderd van de Bridal Veil Falls. Emma was amazing…knowledgeable and energetic and would recommend her 100%..she is a local girl so she knows the surrounding history and gave us great tips on how to spend the rest of the day
If your Operator is TripShepherd, AVOID THIS TOUR! While waiting to be picked up at the hotel lobby, 15 minutes before the pickup time, the driver texted saying he would be 1 hour late. We then went to get breakfast and in the middle of breakfast, got another text saying to meet them right away. After trying to persuade us, I had to yell at them to honor the new pick up time. The driver was nice but 1. He admitted the was partying last night and that’s why he didn’t wake up on time (nervous at that moment), and 2. Drove like he was on a formula 1 race (worried we were going to crash at any moment). When in Niagara he rushed us through all the attractions (because of how late he was) and left us early for another driver to take us back to Toronto (even though he said we were staying later to make up for the late pick up). The second driver back to Toronto (called Precious) drove like a maniac and was falling asleep. Had to talk to him to wake him up once and when we hit traffic jams, he started getting desperate and started driving even worse! BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NIAGARA ON YOUR OWN OR WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. TRIPSHEPHERD, THE TOUR OPERATOR COMPANY, WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT!
Zaid was so nice and helpful. He took us for breakfast since I brought my kids. Was very patient and explain everything with detail. I would recommend another tour with him.

I booked with Viator a long time ago. The pick-up location was set at the Marriott Falls View in Ontario. It seems that Viator not only failed to transmit our oder to TripShepperd - the local operator - but in addition sold us an impossible tour across the border. Nobody showed up at the pickup time, and only after calling TripShepperd dis we discover that nothing was planned for us. TripShepperd were nice and creative enough to help us have some tour on the Canadian side, but Viator failed us 100%. We paid over $1,000 and want to be redunded.
Our guide Said was terrific. Very personable and extremely helpful. He was on time and the van was very nice. The tour was well organized. We were able to see Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds and the Observation deck in 4 hours but only because Said drove, parked the van, purchased the tickets and explained details to us. We could never have done this as efficiently on our own. The convenience was worth the cost of the tour. I definitely recommend this tour.
