My family and I travel a lot, and by far this has been the best experience that I have had in several years. Not only was she attentive to our needs, but extremely knowledgeable and all the decisions that she made for us throughout the day. Not only did this experience surpasse my expectations, but the level of comfort is one that is hard to explain. It’s so great to be able to customise the experience, make changes based on weather and what your family is looking for. We toured the traditional temple and garden but then wanted a traditional foot massage and do some shopping. Wing was amazing with knowledge, English and adaptability.

We had a fabulous tour with Sammi. We were contacted 24 hours before the tour to confirm that the pick up time and location entered in the booking system was still accurate. We were picked up in a luxury van and driven to the each location for ease of getting around town efficiently and with in a climate controlled vehicle. Sammi took us to see new and old sights in Shanghai and was flexible to adapt the plans to what our pace and interests. Yu Garden was very beautiful and worth the time both in the morning before the crowds and we returned after the tour in the evening to have dinner and see the ancient buildings and buzzing corridors. We really felt transported in time walking through amongst centuries old architecture and trees. We spent three weeks in Asia and touring with Sammi was easily one of our best days in Shanghai. She was very knowledgeable having been raised in Shanghai and knew the history of the city very well. We had lunch at a local authentic Shanghai cuisine restaurant that was modern, clean, and exquisitely delicious. I can’t remember the name of the restaurant but will never forget the crab rice cakes as, weeks later, I’m still thinking about them and wanting to eat them again. The pork belly there was also very good but the crab dish was a standout in my book. If you’re planning a visit to Shanghai, it is worth the money to make the most of your time and have a fully guided tour for a fully immersive experience.
