Dit bos is bekend met vele namen: Arrrmelat Forest, Forest Leglawi of Forest Perdicaris (verwijzend naar het Perdicaris-incident), ontvoering van de Amerikaanse rijke Perdicaris op 18 mei 1904 door Mulai Ahmed Raisuli.
Tegenover de vuurtoren van Cape Spartel, 44 km naar het noorden, markeert Cape Trafalgar de noordelijke ingang van de Straat aan de Spaanse kust. Geniet van het spectaculaire uitzicht over het ontmoetingspunt van de Middellandse Zee en de Atlantische Oceaan.

De Grotten van Hercules is een archeologisch grottencomplex in Kaap Spartel, Marokko. Gelegen naast het zomerpaleis van de koning van Marokko. De grot heeft twee ingangen, één naar zee en één naar land. De zee-ingang staat bekend als "De kaart van Afrika", vermoedelijk gemaakt door de Feniciërs en heeft de vorm van Afrika, gezien vanaf de zee.
Een complex van kastelen bovenop de heuvel met uitzicht op de stad. De Sultan, Moulay Ismail, bouwde hier zijn paleis en de tuinen maken deel uit van zijn 17e-eeuws paleis, Dar el Makhzen genaamd.
De Place du 9 Avril 1947, genoemd naar de gedenkwaardige toespraak van koning Mohamed V die oproept tot onafhankelijkheid.

Experiencing Tangier with Majid was like spending an afternoon with a very knowledgeable Uncle. He treated us like one of his family from the very beginning. 💜 He and his driver took us to several scenic points and important landmarks throughout the city. The scenic views and a taste of the culture were wonderful, but what made it truly special was his incredible knowledge of the city. It was a history lesson, class was in session! I typically ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them with ease. A very warm and lovely man. It was a reunion of sorts for me as I had visited the city 40 yrs ago. The Medina never changes, it is definitely worth experiencing. Ask him to take you to a proper place for authentic mint tea 🍵. I cannot say enough about Majid and this tour company.
