During this stay, we noticed various problems and inconveniences regarding the services provided. Upon our return, we immediately reported these problems to the travel agency. You have subsequently agreed in writing to refund us the full amount paid (in the form of an invitation). Unfortunately for you, the very next day, you retracted. Your formal notice to proceed with the repayment of €4,501 with interest of €1,000 ends on March 15, 2026. Failure to do so within this time limit will result in our being obliged to initiate all necessary legal proceedings, including an order for payment before the competent court, with a request for legal fees and interest. We made the Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan with Sueno Travel and it was excellent. We stayed at Concerto Plus which is a recently renovated ship with great service and food. The tour exceeded our expectations, beautiful places and full of culture and knowledge. We got a local guide who spoke fluent Portuguese (Shady), who lives in Aswan, and he was great (very kind and attentive). All the tours were excellent beyond the optional (Vila Núbia and charter ride in Luxor). Congratulations on the excellent company and service.

We had a really good experience on the tour. The cruise was great. The room was good, food was varied and good (with decent vegetarian options) and the show we were able to see was great. We appreciated the exercise machines on the deck and the towel statues. 😄 The tour in itself was also great. Our tour guide Ramzi was very friendly and also flexible (travelling with a fourth month old meant we needed the flexibility and it was much appreciated). While Ramzi's English was not bad, we often struggled with the information he shared and sometimes had to look things up ourselves to get a more complete understanding. In Luxor the boat is moored quite far outside of Luxor, which means you're not able to easily go out and see things in the full afternoon you have off on the first day (the visits are in the morning). Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

We had a Very good experience. This was the cheapest we found but they did not cut any corners in value for money.Our 4 kids loved the 4 nights especially the swimming pool on the top Deck. Rooms where clean and tidy. Buffet food with great choices. Our tour guide Mohammed who met us each day was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a great experience.

We were 6 girls and in this activity we spent 5 days full of magic, living wonderful and unique experiences, authentic from Egypt and not only the typical ones that are hired in agencies. The night in Abu Simbel was our favorite, all homemade and delicious food. The days on the Nile were full of experiences. We visited several temples and the Nubian village, where we went to Faluca and also took the opportunity to bathe in the Nile.

It was a wonderful visit with my friends, Dream Tours made us happy and satisfied all the time, so, we'll come back again with this magnificent agency to approve another adventure, we thank Ahmed very much.
