We staan bekend om de beste all-inclusive snorkelervaringen op het eiland Cozumel, waaronder de beroemde 'El Cielo' en 'The Turtle Sanctuary'. We streven ernaar om 3 of 4 verschillende bestemmingen te bezoeken tijdens de tour om u een voorproefje te geven van wat ons prachtige eiland te bieden heeft. Wij bieden alles wat je nodig hebt om de tour met ons te genieten, inclusief vers bereide Mexicaanse snacks en ijskoude drankjes. Kom gewoon opdagen en wij zorgen voor de rest! Zorg dat je minimaal 30 minuten voor vertrek aanwezig bent. Alle getoonde tijden zijn voor de lokale tijdzone van Cozumel, die kan verschillen van de tijdzone van uw cruiseschip. Controleer voor het boeken. Als u te laat bent, gaan we ervan uit dat u verhinderd bent en behouden we ons het recht voor om de tour op het geplande tijdstip voort te zetten als u afwezig bent. Helaas, als u te laat bent of u mist uw toegewezen boekingstijd, is het zeer onwaarschijnlijk dat we in staat zijn om u of uw groep opnieuw toe te wijzen aan een ander slot.

Niet geschikt voor baby's of huisdieren We kunnen pick-up maken bij bepaalde hotels pieren (zie de lijst). U hoeft alleen de pierbelasting rechtstreeks aan uw hotel te betalen. Ons vertrek is om 9u30 of 14u00 vanuit het centrum. Collecties van alle hotels zullen na deze tijden zijn - ergens tussen de 15 en 45 minuten, afhankelijk van de afstand van het hotel. Opmerking : De locaties die we beschikbaar hebben bij de dokken van het hotel zijn alleen voor gebruik door de gasten van de bovengenoemde hotels. Ons primaire ontmoetingspunt is in het centrum van Cozumel, aan de zuidkant van de veerbootterminal onder de gigantische vlaggenmast (ongeveer 2 minuten lopen). Een van onze medewerkers zal er zijn, duidelijk gemarkeerd met onze merkkleding en bewegwijzering, om u te verwelkomen. Voor klanten die met een cruiseschip arriveren vanaf de S.S.A en Puerta Maya terminals, selecteer dan het 'Cid la Ceiba' hotel als vertrekpunt, dat op een paar minuten lopen van de Puerta Maya terminal en de SSA terminal deur ligt. U betaalt slechts een belasting van $ 4 USD per passagier voor het gebruik van deze dock en we kunnen u graag ophalen met de boot. Onze medewerkers zullen u ontmoeten bij de ingang van hotel La Ceiba om u te begeleiden naar de catamaran, en u te helpen met het betalen van het hotel.

The crew was wonderful, and we all felt safe and well guided. They knew what they were doing and made it fun. We saw a ton of fish, even a lobster, a shark, a turtle, and lots of sting rays. The snack at the last stop was unexpected and a lot of fun. We were aware from other reviews not to wear sunscreen and that there wasn’t shade. However, for a bunch of Europeans and Americans, it wasn’t a luxury catamaran - it was an entry level small boat, and we were fit in there pretty tightly. There was room for 22 plus crew and on our tour there was 20, and felt like every seat was taken. Since there was no shade, and no sunscreen allowed, most of us got pretty burned. We have been on other catamarans in the area that have shade, so had thought the catamaran was going to be much larger. The snorkeling was world class, the food and drinks were perfect, the crew - amazing. I would still do it again, but beware it is not a “luxury” catamaran.
very fun with my family including grandma and grandpa the captain is a pain because he only wants us to eat drink and be happy!!! they showed us several kinds of fish including stingrays, starfish and more! the crew is really great highly recommend!!!
The crew was beyond amazing! They went above and beyond for all guests including my 4 yo son who wasnt able to snorkle. They pointed us to best viewing spots of boat while observing from boat. They made sure thw other part of my family, including 3 kids under 12, were safe snorkeling. Fresh food and margarita included was also so good. I'm not a fish person but the cerviche was really tasty. Amazing experience. Definitely better going from our cruise through the company instead of through the cruise excursion.
This was. great trip with Leo and the crew.Very helpful and also sang Happy Birthday to my granddaughter.I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have a good time.
We had a wonderful time. Leo explained everything well to make sure everyone was safe but he was also very funny and helpful. There was even a little girl who was sooo scared and he was helping her in the water to see the turtles. Pork Chop was our captain and adventure we had smooth sailing. Adrian was our photographer and made sure everyone got some amazing shots with sea life. Jesus was our bartender who made sure our drinks were full and bellies too! Peter was our water guide and did a great job to show us were to see the sea life. Overall great time, great food, and amazing staff. Make sure to add this to your list.
Highlight of our trip. Amazing crew, sealife, and vibes. We saw baracuda, turtles, rays, starfish, and many fish. Some of the negative reviews scared me but this was so fun and a great trip. Per the “rushed” reviews.. we did not feel rushed, of course the crew had to be urgent when signaling time to jump and snorkel or time to get back on boat as you are seeing 4 different reefs/locations within 4 hours. Thats just the nature of the trip. Should you want more of a slow, relaxing trip this may not be for you. If you want to see as much wildlife as possible this is the trip for you. Ceviche, pico, and guac at El Cielo were AMAZING. Shoutout to Leo, Jesus, Porkchop, Baby Turtle, and the amazing underwater photographer. Pictures were amazing maximize your pictures if you are wanting to purchase, follow the photographer around and he will hook it up. Cost is $35 per person for the pics and videos.

The entire crew is so accommodating, friendly and focused on the safety and enjoyment of the guests. If you book this tour, make sure you have this crew because they made us feel so welcomed, safe, and went far out of their way to make sure our vacation was one to remember. This was the first time in Cozumel for my daughter and they helped her make such amazing lasting memories! The ceviche and guacamole on the sandbar was UNBELIEVABLY delicious and the guides knew just where to take us to see sea turtles, starfish, so many fish and when we were eating, soo many stingrays were swimming al around us! Highly recommended!!

Fun , fast paced , nature packed snorkeling and sand bar adventure. Perfect day on the water and drinks and snacks were all one needed in the Mexican sunshine !
