It was a very, very good program. I recommend it to everyone. It's very nice and the staff has a family atmosphere. The food is phenomenal.

This was a great and affordable way to get some sun on the Black Sea at Nessebar. The company was very communicative, they called us the day before to tell us that the weather in the afternoon was going to be too windy and recommended us to switch to the morning. We appreciated the honesty. Everything on the tour was as advertised; we had Unlimited beer and wine, a nice lunch with grilled salmon, chicken, rice and watermelon, and the crew was very nice and accommodating. The even let every person on the boat get behind the captain's wheel, steer the boat for a bit and get some photos. Definitely recommend this trip if you're in Nessebar.

We booked the Nessebar boat trip with swimming, fishing, food and drinks about three weeks before arriving in Bulgaria. We specifically chose the afternoon departure. Approximately 23 hours before the trip (after the free cancellation period had expired), the manager called us. He said the weather looked bad and explained that afternoon trips often resulted in passengers getting seasick and being unable to enjoy the food and drinks. He strongly encouraged us to switch to the morning trip the following day. I explained that we were not interested in changing the booking and that we were not available the next morning. Despite this, he continued to persuede us to change. I checked several weather forecasts, which showed good weather for the afternoon and rain mainly in the morning. I also contacted our local guide, who was unaware of any sort of that kind of problem. I called the manager back and confirmed that we wished to keep our original afternoon booking. He replied that he might call the following day to cancel if the weather became too bad. About two hours before departure, he called again and told us the weather would be too bad to operate the trip. Instead, he once again offered the morning departure the next day. As we could not attend the following morning, I asked him to cancel the booking through the system so that the cancellation would be correctly registered with GetYourGuide and we could receive a refund. He agreed to do so. However, he never cancelled the booking. When I contacted GetYourGuide, I was informed that it was now too late for me to cancel the reservation myself because the departure time was too close. I provided them with a detailed written explanation of what had happened. I also messaged the manager again, asking him to cancel the booking as promised. When GetYourGuide contacted the manager, he gave them a completely different version of events. He later called me and claimed that he had only warned us about the weather and had never cancelled the trip. This directly contradicted what he had told us on the phone. He also claimed that the boat trip had gone well—even though, at the time of the call, the trip should not even have finished yet. GetYourGuide ultimately closed the case without, in our opinion, considering all of the relevant information. To make matters worse, the manager later sent us a message saying that we had been blacklisted, that we were no longer allowed to book another trip with them, and that we would not receive a refund because I had confronted him about what I believe were false statements. This experience left us feeling misled and treated unfairly. We never cancelled our booking ourselves—we simply asked the operator to process the cancellation they had initiated because they told us the trip could not go ahead due to the weather. Unfortunately, that never happened, and we lost the full amount we had paid, almost 270 euro.

Great boat ride woild.of been allot netter if the sun was out but still would highly recommmend to others bit of fishing a bbq lunch was great too

Staff were all friendly, bbq food was amazing and the sea views are great. Only problem was the music was far too loud which at points became uncomfortable but other than that was fantastic.

Had a lovely time, got to swim in the sea, see dolphins, and enjoy the 4hrs boat journey n the sun.
