Beschrijving

Thom and Sari’s wonderful adventures in Cambodia😎

Thom was our guide and Sari was our driver… they made sure our every desire was met. Tom did a thorough job of educating us at the different sites that we visited during our time with him… we also enjoyed his sense of humor along with Sari’s sense of humor… our friendly bantering made our visit that much more enjoyable! Both of them are very flexible, making adjustments along the way and ensuring that a good time was had by all‼️ we hope that they will work as a team for others as they have an excellent working chemistry. We will hold onto wonderful memories with the two of them during our time of Cambodia for many years to come.

Cambodia tour

Highlights of the tour included the majestic Angkor Wat, the enchanting Bayon Temple, and the historic streets of Phnom Penh. We also enjoyed trying local cuisine and exploring bustling markets. Overall, this 4-day tour was well worth it, providing a comprehensive and enriching experience of Cambodia. We left with a deeper appreciation for the country's heritage and beauty. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Cambodia in a meaningful way.

Cambodia trip by Bravo Indochina

Mr Tien and his team took such great care of us throughout the trip! Our two guides, Samnang and Nhoek, were wonderful as they helped navigate us around Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Not only did they show us the sites but they were helpful in recommending places to visit as well. The itinerary created by Tien was well thought out and was very accommodating to our group pace. Highly recommend this agency

We had a few issues with the main company, the regional guides were great, but the main company was not the best at dispersing the information. The regional guides were not sure of the exact information. Overall, it was a great time when we got everything straightened out.

Siem Reap
Before I embarked on...

Siem Reap
Before I embarked on my Cambodian vacation, I agonized about booking a tour on line. I did the usual and smart checks and I settled on Viator. The regional contact was Bravo Tours. I am very thankful I had Bravo Tours. The tour guide provided for the Siem Reap part of the tour was very well versed in history and the English language. He was not only concerned about the agreed itinerary, but also was concerned about what the customer really wanted to see and showed concern with the clients total comfort. He was a very personable, helpful, and conscientious guide. He also is fluent in Spanish.
The hotel was Angkor Paradise Hotel, a very clean hotel with a very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent there, having a variety of dishes to select from. Breakfast was included in the package. Dinner was available at the hotel at a very reasonable price. The hotel was also very accessible to convenient stores where money exchange was available and transportation as well. A tuk tuk ride to the airport was a lot of fun.
I was able to see the temples I had always dreamt of visiting. Great experiences and good memories at Ta Promh, Angkor Thom, Bayon and Angkor Wat were accomplished to last a lifetime. The Tonle Sap water villages tour was amazing, an eye opener to a different world of living on water as a community. I saw a floating school, church, tennis court and visited a snack bar and a store. Time was allotted for the Artisan Gallery and the Central Market for shopping. On one of the days, lunch was included at an excellent local restaurant offering Cambodian and French cuisine.
I am very pleased with the services and Bravo Tours is highly recommendable. When I get a chance to visit Laos and Myanmar, I hope Bravo Tours is still around to help me.
Phnom Phenh
The Phnom Penh tour guide was successful in showing the following: royal palace complex n silver pagoda, national museum next to the royal palace, Wat Phnom on a hill, a Buddhist temple, the killing fields, Toul Sleng a former high school turned prison where people were tortured before being sent to the killing fields, the central market where I went shopping, a river cruise along the Mekong/Tonle Sap before sunset. He also showed the Russian market n the night market across the river walk, but we opted not to do it. The Independence Park with the beautiful monuments n nice buildings around it and the old French colonial section where the beautiful post office building was also part of the tour.
The hotel is Plantation Hotel, clean with hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast was included. The hotel location is within walking distance from the Royal Palace, river bank, night market and the Independence Park.
The particular tour and the hotel I had chosen are highly recommendable by my assessment I should have elected three 3 days stay instead of two. There is so much more to see in the Cambodian capital.
Christina N.
USA

Siem Reap part of the Tour...

Siem Reap part of the Tour fantastic. Tour guide and driver professional and informative. We all loved the Hotel Steung Siemreap, and would return in a flash. Great location, Spas, mini mart, market and Restaurants all within a short stroll. 10/10.
Phnom Penh not so good. Hotel very ordinary. Tea/coffee cups dirty and no teaspoons. Shower door did not close so water flooded the floor on showering. Rooms so small, bathroom even smaller. Location poor. Staff rang at 6am demanding to know when we were checking out. Then a knock on the door asking at 7.30am when are we checking out all before breakfast. I would never stay at the Juliana Hotel again. Spent 30 minute searching for somewhere to eat. Restaurant and Chinese Restaurant attached to the Hotel main menu comprised mostly of Seafood. All 4 of us do not eat Seafood. Finally the front desk said we could order off a set menu in the Seafood Buffet area of the Restaurant. No room service. Lights went out at breakfast for 10 minutes so we ate in the dark. Tour guide and driver professional and informative.

This tour is a must do if you wish...

This tour is a must do if you wish to see Siem Reap and Phnom Penh.
1.The service received is of the highest class possible, from the pre trip arrangements to the smallest details on the trip - the tour company Bravo looks after every possible details
2. the tour is absolute value for money - the hotels are stunning - i felt like royalty at Borei in Siem reap. Not only are transfers included but all hotels and tours are included and internal flight. Doing this on your own will easily exceed the cost of the tour
3. Quality of tours and the experience of the tour guides was excellent - we saw everything from Ankor Wat, to the killing fields and also floating village. Our experiences were enriched by the tour guides hospitality and experience. They were so knowledgeable and we so so accommodating. In particular i would like to thank Mr Ouen in Siem Reap and Mr Vishna in Phnom Penh who ensured we had an amazing holiday.

All in all, we fell in love with Cambodia and we want to thank Bravo for making our stay in Cambodia a very memorable one.

Recently, my husband and I and an...

Recently, my husband and I and an acquaintance from an Overseas Adventure Travel tour to Vietnam, followed our trip to Vietnam with the 4-Day Tour from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh in Cambodia. While the places we visited were outstanding, and Viator responded quickly to all of the issues we had while traveling, each day brought problems that we had to resolve via email and costly phone calls to Viator Travel. Further, since Overseas Adventure Travel had recommended Viator Travel, we expected an experience consistent with the quality we had received on our several trips with OAT. It was not.

Since our detailed feedback exceeds the number of characters allowed in this form, please see my email response to this request for a full explanation. I would also be happy to send it along under separate cover and/or discuss the situation by phone. Ursula Sinkewicz
