- Om de wandelingen te voltooien is een minimaal matig conditieniveau vereist. Daarom is een gemiddeld/hoog fitnessniveau vereist en is een doktersverklaring vereist voor personen ouder dan 70 jaar (30 dagen vóór de reis).
- De touroperator moet op het moment van boeking op de hoogte worden gesteld van eventuele bekende medische aandoeningen. Dit is een zeer fysieke tocht en vereist een gematigd niveau van conditie en mobiliteit.
- Hoewel we ernaar streven om aan de meeste dieetwensen te voldoen, moeten passagiers hun dieetwensen tijdens het boeken doorgeven aan hun boekingsagent. Omdat we ons naar afgelegen gebieden begeven, zijn we zeer beperkt in wat we kunnen vinden zodra de tour vertrekt, daarom is voorafgaande kennisgeving vereist.
- Deze route kan variëren om zich aan te passen aan seizoensveranderingen en af en toe zijn plekken in de parken gesloten of is zwemmen niet toegestaan. Omdat veiligheid onze topprioriteit is, plannen we dienovereenkomstig om ervoor te zorgen dat onze gasten tijdens hun tour de leukste en best mogelijke ervaring hebben.
- Kinderen tussen 8 en 17 jaar moeten te allen tijde begeleid worden door een volwassene of wettelijke voogd. Niet geschikt voor baby's of kinderen van 7 jaar en jonger vanwege veiligheidseisen en het vereiste conditieniveau om de wandeling te voltooien.
- Zorg ervoor dat u de gemiddelde temperaturen voor de tijd van het jaar waarin u reist controleert en dat u voldoende kleding inpakt.
- Gasten worden gevraagd om deel te nemen aan het bereiden van de maaltijden, het opruimen en het uitpakken/laden van het voertuig, zodat iedereen samen kan ontspannen na een lange dag toeren. Het is ook een geweldige manier om uw medereizigers te leren kennen en met hen in contact te komen.

We did the 4 Day Kakadu Katherine Gorge Comfort Tour in mid-May 2026 with Autopia. The tour was amazing, very well organised, safe, comfortable and the best tour guide ever! We were lucky to have Dani as our guide, as a local born and raised in Kakadu, she had so much knowledge of the local culture, bush tucker, medicine, flora, and fauna. It’s a great introduction to the flora, fauna and eco system of the area plus wonderful scenery and other relevant points of interest from the tour guide. An insight into the history of the first peoples of the area and their close relationship with the land for survival.

Becs was a wonderful and thoughtful tour guide for our four day trip to Kakadu, Edith Falls and Katherine Gorge (and everything in between). Her in-depth and engaging knowledge of culture, geography and history of the area was excellent and I very much enjoyed hearing all about it. It is a full, busy, active and fun-packed trip (and our group were delightful). The comfortable, air-conditioned hotels at the end of each day were very welcome. An amazing visit to the "Top End".

Our tour guide Danni was exceptional. Being a member of the local community meant she gave us insights into the sites we visited above and beyond what was available to other tourists. I was left with a whole new appreciation of the skills and endurance of the indigenous peoples to survive for thousands of years in this environment. Great trip with a lot of activity fitted in. Comfortable 4wd tour bus, good picnic lunches, very comfortable accommodation in jabiru. Danny our guide was a fount of information and anecdotes , really helpful and looked after us well.

This 4 day trip was so enjoyable, well paced and organised. Our guide, Becs, was knowledgeable and sensitive to First Nation culture as well as being a good, safety conscious driver and all round fun person. We saw an abundance of wildlife, learnt from local First Nation guides and ate well.

There are so many different Kakadu tours from which to choose. We got it right. It was a small, diverse group on the tour and that was great. We saw the stunning places that we wanted to see and that was great. We saw the wildlife we wanted to see and that was great. We learnt a lot about the culture and the land from people who know it way better than us and that was great. It was 5 star all the way. Then there was Tim, our guide. He is worthy of another 5 stars all by himself. Knowledgeable, kind, understanding, flexible and a play list for the ages. So pick this tour and you won't go wrong. If you are lucky enough to have Tim for your guide you will go even better!

A memorable four days! The itinerary is extremely well-rounded and provides a great experience to Kakadu, Katherine, and the NT in general. Our guide, Becs, was top notch with plenty of information about the area and a deep knowledge and understanding of native customs.
