We rented 39 Dune Ln Hilton Head for the week of June 13 - June 20th using Beach Properties Hilton Head Island. While the location was perfect for my entire family of 9 adults and 6 grandkids, there were many many items that were not so perfect. I called Beach Properties starting our first morning speaking to Jacob, then Anna regarding the condition of a half bath on the first floor, pool lights that did not work, towel rack falling off a wall, fans that did nit work, sliding door to the deck that was very difficult to use, toilets that did not work properly. And many more items that need to be replace or fixed. Ms Anna seemed to be very apologetic and helpful send out a cleaning person to clean the one 1/2 bathroom that was trashed and clean up the trash on the pool level and also a maintenance man to fix things, however most items were unfixable. After that, I tried to call Anna back a couple days later, but could never get a call back, leaving messages. A man named Steve called and left a message on my wife phone on Friday, but we did not get that message until we were driving home. I called back Steve 2 more times leaving messages and also leaving Ms Anna another message, but no call backs. There are numerous others items that 39 Dune Lane need, as there are kitchen chairs with worn out cushions, a black chair in the main living room that is broke, wall mounted living room cabinets missing doors and more. So my once in a life time family gathering was still wonderful, paying more than 19K was certainly absurd.
Experienced this wonderful event with two of my friends. It is a must do in Dubai because it is an experience of a life.time. And, our guide pointed out attractions along the way to the dessert, as well as, doing everything to ensure our experience memorable. He also was an expert at taking photos on our phones!

Thrilling Buggy ride in the open desert with extreme adventure. We choose a 2- seater for self-ride to the red dunes with very powerful buggy. An absolute crazy ride in the desert and our guide was very friendly with pick up and drop off in a clean airconditioned vehicle. Book this tour is a good bargain for a thrilling day adventure tour.

10 STARS – OPEN BAR THE BEST. We had an awesome day filled with lot of activities, professionally managed, friendly staff.. What we enjoyed was the offer for the open bar, I think for the price of one drink in my hotel they offered me unlimited variety of wine, beer and other drinks, ATVs were great so was the dune bashing, our driver was trying to sell tours, however all the tours were prebooked with ABC Tours, Indeed memorable... and highly recommended..
