Tijdens deze mahjong-cursus van 3 uur word je meegenomen naar een authentiek Xi'an Mahjong-huis. Je gaat naar een gezellige kamer om te leren hoe je de beroemde traditionele Chinese game-mahjong speelt, met een Engelssprekende gids. Je leert op een eenvoudige manier regels en test vervolgens je masterdiploma met een lokale thee. Als je je spelintelligentie en diep in het lokale leven wilt testen. Je kunt de Mahjong-ervaring niet missen wanneer je Xi'an bezoekt

I had a combined experience with Michael. First we played Mahjong and he brought some friends because I was a single traveller, and his friends completed the Mahjong table for me. After some good fun, we went for a food tour through Xi’an, where I could try some delicious local food with him. I was happy to have found Michael and that he adjusted the tour for one person only. Michael is kind, patient and he speaks very good English. He also likes eating like I do. I hope to return to Xi’an one day and play few more Mahjong rounds with him 😃

I had seen Mahjong being played in so many movies and always thought it looked so cool. When I was researching before my trip, I was so excited to see this tour and finally have a chance to learn how to play! Winter is a really good teacher, and explains the rules in such a simple way that within a few minutes, we were already playing practice games, and within an hour or so, we were playing for real! The beauty of Mahjong is that the rules are really simple, but you really need to use your head (and you also need some luck) to win. I definitely need more practice because in the end, Winter took all my money! (Just kidding, we were only playing with chips.) I had such a wonderful time laughing with Winter, and that evening will be in my fond memories. Thanks so much!
