3 - Nachtelijke cruise van Aswan naar Luxor & Balloon, Abu Simbel

Our experience was traumatic. Taking away the beauty of the sites we visited, the organization was bad. Until the day before, we knew nothing about who was picking us up or if they were picking us up from our quarters. After that we had paid to have the Italian language and on the same day of the cruise we are told that the Italian guide was only there for Abu Simbel and Luxor (fortunately they later refunded us). After that no one told us anything about what time we would pick up on the cruise, about that a horrible cruise but we adapted. The guides in English were super good and competent. The guide in Italian and in the Valley of the Kings was the most incompetent that ever happened to us, he knew nothing about what we were visiting (it almost seemed that he had studied it the day before), fortunately we had had a flouring from the previous guides, think that the visit lasted 2 hours crazy. The agency coordinator never responded to us , except after the reminders we made to Viator.

Great time on board. All the crew was friendly and concerned in order you have a great experience. Maybe the cleaneness is susceptible of improvement. Anyways the tours We’re Amazing. You can’t missed them.

It was a very pleasant experience, everything was very well organized, they made us feel very good from the beginning of the tour, Andréw provided us with excellent service, in Aswan, we did not feel very comfortable and clean, the cruise very comfortable, the excellent rooms, and the staff very very friendly, the attention 10/10, we recommend it very much, the outings to the temples, they were with clean and modern cars, the guides were very friendly, especially Ahmed Yossry, a guide in Luxor, super friendly, very attentive and explained a lot about the history of each temple. This is a 100% recommended plan.

The cruise trip was good. Local operator Mohamed Rushwan in Luxor tried to arrange everything for me properly. Made my journey very smooth as a solo traveler. And the guides in Aswan was very professionally explained the history of temple of Philae and Kom Ombo. The main operating office also communicating and dealing with all the problems pretty fast. Recommended.

The tour was organised very well. Our coordinator Michael was very helpful and organised everything properly and answered our queries whenever we asked him. We were in Semiramis III Nile Cruise. Cabin was spacious and it had nice views during sailing. Covered everything on the itinerary except Hot air balloon as it got cancelled due to high winds by Egyptian government. All the guides were knowledgeable and our special thanks to Emad in Luxor as he was fasting and took us around the city for the whole day on a very hot and humid day! Overall it was a memorable experience.

Before boarding the boat, I didn't know which boat it was, and without providing the ferry name in advance, due to the delay of the train, I didn't know who to find the boat on the day, the phone was also difficult to contact, and finally the local tourist center helped to contact people. The change in the itinerary was also not notified in advance, originally said to visit Edfu, as a result of which the ferry arranged by the travel agency did not stop at all, or other travellers were notified to know this matter, the travel agency did not change at all, and the subsequent inquiries did not respond to this matter. Finally visiting the West Coast guide asked if they wanted to go somewhere, other visitors said they wanted to visit the Queen Valley, the tour guide said of course, but after that was forced to pay her high meal fee (saying to take us to the restaurant for lunch, but brought a high-priced restaurant, and asked us to pay her package fee and two bottles of drinks money after the end of the meal), the travel agency also said the new trip was a compensation for us.
