Wandel door de smalle steegjes en eeuwenoude bazaars van het oude Delhi in deze unieke historische stadswandeling van 3 uur. De tour neemt je mee naar de prachtige en kleurrijke markten van Chandni Chowk en de prachtige Jama Masjid. Stap binnen in een van de grootste moskeeën van India om de grote Mogol binnenplaatsen en koepels te bewonderen terwijl je Gids verhalen vertelt over Shah Jahan en het islamitische erfgoed van Oud Delhi.
Wandel door deze historische “juweliersstraat”, omzoomd met zilver- en traditionele sierwinkels, terwijl uw Gids wijst op oude gevels en uitleg geeft over de handelserfenis.
Wandel door deze kleurrijke bruilofts- en trousseaumarkt en zie winkels vol met veters, randen, pailletten en decoraties, perfect om de Noord-Indiase huwelijkscultuur te begrijpen.
Pauzeer in deze rustige doodlopende straat van prachtig beschilderde haveli's voor foto's, terwijl uw Gids de koopmansgeschiedenis van Jain en architectonische details van de huizen uitlegt.
Stap binnen in een serene Jain tempel om ingewikkelde houtsnijwerken, beschilderde plafonds en vreedzame rituelen te observeren die de Jain principes van geweldloosheid en eenvoud benadrukken.
Wandel langs de legendarische Paranthey Wali Gali, beroemd om zijn sissende gevulde broden.
Bezoek dit historische Sikh-heiligdom, verken de langar (gemeenschapskeuken) en zie vrijwilligers eten koken en serveren terwijl ze hier leren over de geschiedenis van seva en Sikh.
Rijd op een fietsriksja naar de grootste kruidenmarkt van Azië, loop door geurige steegjes, leer hoe kruiden worden gebruikt in de Indiase keuken en Ayurveda en ga in gesprek met lokale handelaren.

Very unprofessional. We booked free walking tour with them on Freetour.com. The idea of free walking tour is tourists tip the guide based on tour quality. No fixed amount charged. But they asked me for 2000 Rs before the tour itself. Also asked for nationality beforehand which seemed unnecessary. And refused the tour later.
My guide vikram and driver dimble were excellent guides and driver. Vikram showed me much more than I was expecting and very knowledgeable.
Fantastic mix of sightseeing and off the beaten path experience. Shahbaz is so knowledgeable and has great stories! He is warm and very interesting. Our driver was expert at navigating the crazy traffic of Delhi. I highly recommend this tour and Shabaz!
I was looking forward to a good tour visiting all places mentioned on the itinerary but we only covered 2 - Jama Masjid & Khari Baoli spice market. My guide also insisted I paid 1000 rps to the rickshaw driver! Maybe it was the guide I had, he was a student and doing this in spare time. He kept trying to take me to different places to buy things and ignored the itinerary. It was a bad experience, and I was glad when it was over.

Our guide was super helpful and really knowledgeable. Ashish was really adaptable and let us decide what we wanted to do, as driving around he took diversions to shows us different sights. We went for lunch and he helped us order food he recommended which was brilliant.
Because it was for my friend such a totally different experience to anything else and our guide, Vikas, was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining key features of the tour and responsive to our questions
A fantastic way to see the old town of Delhi. Our guide Suraj was a mind of information and steered us around the miraid of old streets in this area as well as taking us into the main sites such as the mosque and temples. Highly recommended

Karan (our guide) took us through a working Sikh temple and Delhi’s largest mosque we took our shoes off covered our heads and experienced the exotic atmosphere. Afterwards we were taken to the markets and enjoyed the hustle of a busy market enjoying the sights and sounds. We rested for a Chai Tea before having a man powered rickshaw back to the start
