We had the most amazing time in East Java through Trippy Tours. Our group did the tour of Mount Bromo, the Ijen Crater, and the Tumpak Sewu waterfall. The guides planned and provided everything we needed (breakfast, coffee, places to stay, transportation, guided tours of every spot, delicious restaurants to eat at, etc.). They picked us up and dropped us off at our stay in Surabaya making it super easy and convenient. We just had to show up and everything else was all set for us. Nael and Salis were incredibly kind and catered to every ask/ need. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting East Java and wanting to see as much as possible!

I had a great experience with Ryan, my tour guide throughout the trip. He was very punctual every day, ensured my safety at all times, and was extremely patient even whenever I was late. He was also great company during the journey and recommended many good local food spots. He speaks good English and it was so easy to communicate with him. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting!

We swapped out Tumpak Sewu Waterfalls for Madakaripura Waterfalls (to avoid the longer drive down as we were coming from Surabaya). TrippyTrip were very accommodating of such customisations and also of other changes we made in the trip. (Honestly, just WhatsApp them.) Our guide, Pramesti, was also extremely friendly and helpful; while the arrangement with all the local guides at the various locations was top notch so that we felt safe at all times. One thing to note: The only "con" was that we didn’t get to see the blue flames at Mt Ijen. It’s probably worth checking the status right before you head up so you know what to expect. But overall it was a great trip that was well-organised -- everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would recommend TrippyTrip to my friends.

We booked our trip with Trippy after a friend went to East Java on similar itinerary the year before. We decided that it was our time to explore the volcanoes and the waterfalls in East Java this year, and we booked it with Trippy right away. The itinerary provided is well planned and all we can say is hassle-free. Our transport, hotel stays, English speaking guide and entrance fees to the national parks are all included in the package. No complaint about the booking process as the agent is responsive. Our guide, Qowim (and the driver) are so accomodative throughout our trip, making our journey from one place to another seamless.
