Gratis luchthaven ophalen Airport pick-up is beschikbaar voor deze tour. Om gratis service te garanderen, dient u uw vluchtgegevens ten minste 3 dagen voor vertrek door te geven. Vluchtinformatie die binnen 3 dagen na de reis worden ingediend, komen niet in aanmerking voor gratis ophalen op de luchthaven. Eén gratis ophaalservice per boeking, op de eerste dag van de tour vanaf Calgary International Airport (YYC) Extra pick-ups kunnen worden geregeld tegen een toeslag Diensttijden : 6 : 30 AM – 10 : 30 PM Let op : De laatste begeleide ophaling vertrekt om 22:00 uur De laatste hotelshuttle vertrekt om 22u30 Gasten die na deze tijden arriveren dienen zelf vervoer naar het hotel te regelen.

- Tourvoertuigen: Voertuigen worden ingedeeld op basis van het aantal personen in een groep. In een groep tot 24 passagiers is de chauffeur ook de reisleider. In een groep van meer dan 24 passagiers wordt een individuele chauffeur/gids voorzien.
- Als u om welke reden dan ook onze groep moet verlaten tijdens de reis, moet u een “Letter of Liability Release” invullen, geen uitzonderingen.
- Gasten jonger dan 16 jaar dienen te worden begeleid door een volwassene (leeftijd 18 jaar of ouder).
- Als u speciale wensen heeft (zoals, maar niet beperkt tot: bedtype, vegetarische opties, kinderstoelen, enz.) Laat het ons dan ten minste 7 dagen voor uw reis weten. We zullen ons best doen om u tegemoet te komen, maar er is geen garantie.
- We vragen u om de disclaimer te ondertekenen voordat u deelneemt aan optionele winteractiviteiten; en raden u ten zeerste aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten.
- Als u na de tour een aansluitende internationale vlucht heeft, zorg er dan voor dat uw vlucht na 22:30 uur vertrekt.(** Gelieve te begrijpen dat afhankelijk van de situatie, uw aankomsttijd in Calgary kan worden aangepast **)
- De North American Hotel Standard kamer is uitgerust met één groot bed of twee standaard bedden. Als u een specifiek verzoek heeft voor bedtypes, neem dan contact met ons op tijdens het boeken en wij zullen ons best doen om u tegemoet te komen.
- Zorg ervoor dat u nauwkeurige vluchtinformatie verstrekt. Eventuele onjuiste informatie die resulteert in fouten voor de ophaalservice; het reisbureau behoudt zich het recht voor om tweede transferdiensten te bieden met een extra toeslag of de eerstvolgende beschikbare ophaling te coördineren op basis van de beschikbaarheid

Kan was our guide, he’s nice, funny, relatable and patient. We had a very nice family trip. The group size was 11 people, four families. By the end of the trip, everyone is familiar with other members in the group. Quite a nice and lovely experience. Would highly recommend this trip.
Lisa is a really intense tour guide，she lead customers travel around the Jasper national park. As a knowledgeable guide， she always gives a brief talk on the history of the view spots.
I have done many tours with Viator and I was really happy with it. But this time was an exception.. Points were covered but there were multiple issues.. When I booked the tour I have been told that we will get pickup from calgary downtown. When I got the confirmation from tour operators they told us that pickup is only from airport and we accepted it. There was no mention about the hotels or iternary in the confirmation.. As per this confirmation driver was suppose to pick us from airport. We were running late by 10 15 minutes. We have informed driver and also tour operators. But driver said he will stop only for 10 mins.. finally he left from airport and told us to wait until 2pm for next bus. Seriously? You expect someone to wait for bus for 4 hours?? First day was suppose to be tour in Calgary but we were in hotel for whole day doing nothing. No one even contacted us on first day. Hotel accommodation washed for Next day we went to Jasper for a stay but hotel accommodation was really bad. Hotel location was good but no coffee or water provided in the room. Whereas for other members on the tour were provided good hotel including kettle stove cutlery everything. Not sure why accommodation was given different to different people.. It will
