3-daagse Ba Be National Park Discovery Tour vanuit Hanoi

We went on the Ba Be National Park tour for 3 days / 2 nights and loved it. We wanted to go to the mountains but Ha Giang sounded a little too much for our daughter so Ba Be was perfect. Felt off the beaten path enough, beautiful scenery, really nice accommodation, friendly locals and all the staff were super nice. Our guide John, was excellent: very experienced, knowledgeable and organised, but also easy going and flexible. We loved seeing the caves, walking and cycling through the jungle and seeing a little bit of local village life, then getting back to the lodge for a cocktail, bit of pool time and a kayak. Highly recommended

We had a really good trip with our guide Tuoi! We were a very small group so it was a plus. Will got sailed kayak, walked tours in the jungle and got seen a huge cave. We went deep into the cave and saw a lot of different animals. All in all an excellent trip if you want to get away from the noise and the many tourists in the big city, and would rather experience the nature close in a smaller group. Can definitely be recommended!

We had our guide Toui Our first trip was out to a cave explore and think it was a cool experience. The cave was beautiful and it was an exciting trip. The next day we were on a 7km hike, not the most exciting hike but it was okay. The food at the hotel was fine enough but the service could be improved a little. If you were to have something to drink it could take up to 30-35 minutes before it came. The hotel itself is quite fine, the rooms are large and good.

Nice trip. With a really cool tour to see caves. The tour inside the cave was the best part, u get to walk in the cave with water up to your chest. We were the only people in the cave which made the experience really good 👍🏻 Tuoi was our guide.

Super nice hotel we stayed in. "Jungle House." Very nice rooms and lounge area. The food was good. There was, however, not very good control on the trips they had during the day. A little unfortunate. But nature and the cave was beautiful.

Really cool experience with Tuoi as a guide. We saw the jungle and came out into the caves, which he really had good control of. The rooms were mega delicious and everything worked as it should. Tuoi was good at both helping us through the trip and at the same time giving us room along the way.

Our guide Tuoi was very good at guiding us the right direction and getting everyone to feel good and safe. The homestay was very good aswell, huge bathroom. Tuoi was very kind and helpful to everyone on the trip

This district is well worth visiting. It's not overrun with tourists. We took the caves at our own pace, and encountered only one other group, way behind us. The highlight accommodation, a rare treasure, Ba Be Jungle Houses. Accessed via a pleasant boat ride across the lake, it is very well appointed, with that sense of luxury in a remote location. Wonderful infinity pool fronting the lake, one of the world's largest 20 lakes. Highly recommended. Nga was our group of eight people's guide for 3 days two nights, travelling from Hanoi to the northern district including Cao Bang, Ban Gioc waterfalls, limestone caves, and Ba Be Lakes. Nga was very knowledgeable and informative about the locations, history and culture of the minorities we visited. He was consistently and continuously attentive and caring for our group of differing abilities, and has excellent English.

We are a group of 8 who booked a 3 D 2 N trip to Cao Bang and Lake Ba Be as part of our 14 day trip discovering Vietnam from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh . Karl was a committed guide and ensured we completed the itinesray . He customised the hiking trip base on our ability , ensuring our safety as we hiked through the forest .

It has been a totally fantastic experience! So authentic and the sweetest staff! Really beautiful nature. We have been hiking, seen the local villages in the mountains and been out and kayaking on the lake. An experience I will never forget. We had the sweetest guide Tuoi, really cute and good at showing the area! I would definitely recommend this place 😍
