Wonderful experience. Saw many dolphins and pilot whales. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would definitely recommend 👌
Far too many people on board so no space to relax or sit on either decks. The large volume of people made it impossible to see any Dolphins or anything. Poor food options and no Vegetarian options. Rude staff. Not how it was sold to us or what we expected. No help or compensation in regards to our problems, just disregarded. Poor Customer Service and a waste of money. Do not recommend and avoid at all costs.

We also respectfully disagree with the statement that it was impossible to see dolphins or whales due to the number of passengers on board. The Royal Delfín is a large sightseeing catamaran specifically designed for whale watching, with ample viewing space distributed around the vessel. During sightings, guests have plenty of opportunity to observe the animals from various locations on board, and the size of the vessel often provides better visibility than many smaller boats. Regarding vegetarian meals, special dietary requirements can be catered for when requested in advance at the time of booking. Very interesting trip. Staff all very helpful especially the photographer on board who was very friendly. Managed to sail out to a dolphin family and got really close to them for amazing photos and videos. Highly recommend.
The boarding was easy and fast, the guide spoke at least 4 languages. The information shated during the trip was adrquate. The captain and the crew was super friendly. The boat has an underwater compartment where it is possible to observe the animals. The only downside is that it was a bit crowded for my taste. During the route back to the port a flock of dolphines joind us and provided a mini dolphine show. And on the plus side the boat is quiet safe for kids, and they can safely traverse between the decks.
Nice size catamaran, only 30-ish passengers. Freindly, knowledgable multi-lingual crew. Took us straight to an are where we saw a lot of Short-Finned whales, and bottle nosed dolphins. No chasing, the creatures swam next to and under our boat! Take video and edit phone for good still pics. Brilliant trip...
The staff were very helpful with the clients and kids. Very knowledgeable the crew on marine animals and explained very well . All crew were very friendly.
A lovley cruise, we got to see pilot whales and bottle nose dolphins, 2 hrs was the perfect amount of time to see them. My children aged 14 and 6 loved seeing these amazing animals in the wild.
Beautiful trip where we have spotted dolphins very quickly. Even in the underwater part beautiful and easy to see. As a huge emotophobe it was a challenge because of the fact that people around me and my own daughter got seasick. This was well taken care of.
Nice organised boat. Especially worth while with kids as they can walk around a bit We saw dolphins and pilot whales. Enough space for everyone to have a look.
We met a group of pilot whales on our tour. Some animals have come within a few meters of the boat.
