Deze 2-daagse begeleide tour brengt u naar de belangrijkste hoogtepunten van de zuidkust van IJsland: de beroemde watervallen van Seljalandsfoss en Skógafoss, het zwarte zandstrand van Vík en de Jokulsarlon-gletsjerlagune. Verken een natuurijsgrot in al zijn glorie. Tijdens de wintermaanden, 's nachts, ver weg van de stad, heeft u ook de mogelijkheid om het noorderlicht te spotten.

- We gebruiken een aantal verschillende ijsgrotten voor onze 2 daagse South Coast-tour. IJsholen zijn steeds veranderende en onvoorspelbare natuurlijke fenomenen. We bezoeken de Crystal Cave in Breiðmerkurjökull meestal tijdens deze tour, maar wanneer de Crystal Cave onbereikbaar is, bezoeken we waarschijnlijk de Katla Ice Cave. Welke ijsgrot wordt gekozen, hangt echter altijd af van de omstandigheden en veiligheidsoverwegingen van de dag, soms zal een andere ijsgrot worden bezocht. Als de omstandigheden ons niet toelaten een ijsgrot te bezoeken, zal een gletsjerwandeling als alternatief worden aangeboden.
- Deze tour heeft de flexibiliteit om optimaal gebruik te maken van de seizoensveranderingen zoals veranderingen in weer en omstandigheden. Tijdens de zomer wordt IJsland gekenmerkt door energieke heldere nachten en middernachtzon.Tussen augustus en mei, als de voorspelling goed is, kunt u misschien zelfs de magische show zien die wordt opgevoerd door het noorderlicht. Het is belangrijk op te merken dat een begeleide noorderlichtjacht echter niet is inbegrepen in de tour. Andere prachtige en interessante mogelijkheden kunnen zich ook voordoen tijdens uw zuidkust tour met ons als IJsland zit vol verrassingen.

This tour was a pleasant surprise! I went with my daughter and we liked it a lot! All the stops were the necessary amount of time to enjoy each place, they picked us up and returned on time and the guide was like an encyclopedia even though she was not from the area! This was, without question, one of the best tours we've ever taken. If you're debating whether a two-day tour is worth it, the answer is absolutely yes. The itinerary was incredible and covered so many of Iceland's iconic sights—towering waterfalls, black sand beaches, glaciers, icebergs at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, Diamond Beach, and, of course, the ice cave itself. Every stop seemed to top the last, and it never felt repetitive. Having someone else handle all the driving and logistics allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery. The ice cave experience was unforgettable. Walking through the glacier and seeing the brilliant blue ice up close is something that photos simply can't capture. It was one of those moments that makes you stop and appreciate just how incredible nature can be. Our guide was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and clearly passionate about Iceland. Throughout the trip, we learned so much about the country's geology, history, and culture, which made the long drives fly by. The overnight accommodations were clean and comfortable, the group size was just right, and the entire tour was extremely well organized from pickup to drop-off. If you want to experience Iceland's South Coast without the stress of planning every detail yourself, I can't recommend this tour enough. It was worth every penny and ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip.

Driver Jon was great! Filled the day with quality activities and suggestions. Even switched rooms when assigned room at Adventure Hof Hotel was not satisfactory for our pregnant daughter.

We had an amazing time on the 2-Day South Coast and Ice Cave Adventure from Reykjavik. The landscapes were beautiful, but our guide, Gunn, made it a 10/10 experience. They kept us laughing the whole time, gave clear safety instructions, and took amazing photos for us at the best spots. Thank you, Gunn for a fantastic highlight to our Iceland trip!! In addition, three ladies from our group plus Gunn, we were all born Year of the Dragon!! We were laughing and had a wonderful photo taken!

The best travel experience I had so far! Well planned and organized. The sightings and destinations were wonderful. Thanks to the tourguide Ronan, all of us who were on the tour really bonded fast as a team, and it felt like we knew each other for a long time... The atmosphere was simply top. He immediately made us introduce to each other...there was so much positive energy, I'm still stunned when I just think about how fast he made it happened. People from China, Switzerland, USA, Portugal/Brazil, Serbia, Russia, Japan, all together as one. He also provided us so much knowledge about Iceland, and the local lore and infrastructure, and history... I was amazed how much he knows...Such an energetic, charismatic, and positive character, so rare to see. And a really great sense of humor. He was also very professional when it came to our safety, really explained us in detail what we should, and shouldn't, and WHY (which is in my opinion one of the most important when it comes to safety and well-being!) The sightings were amazing, with enough times on each checkpoint. It couldn't have been done better. And also a big thanks to the Ice Cave guide Helki. Also a hell of a guy in the best possible way! Very professional, positive and reliable on a dangerous, and stunningly beautiful terrain. Ronan was a very efficient driver and excellent historian-tour guide!! The tour was seamless! Since there were only 5 of us passengers (off season) we really did good with time that Ronan showed us 2 more places not on the itinerary! Thank you, Ronan!You are an MVP!! The monster truck ride to the glacier with Helki was rough and bumpy, it was an experience on its own! The highlight of this tour for me was Katla! She was surreal! One has to see it while it is still around- it is sitting on an active volcano that may go off anytime! Thanks to my personal photographer ( i can’t believe i forgot his name!!:(( and Helki who got me cinematic pictures inside the cave and on top of the glacier!
