2-daagse ticket voor een grote stadstour Hop on Hop off 22 haltes

The online booking does not work out so well. The first contactoerson couldn't handle it and sent us to the next stop. Even there we were not exactly received most friendly. We were told there that we had booked through a third party and that was always complicated. The ride itself was a pleasure

Very disappointing trip. The first bus we got on the driver told us it was german guiding only so we had to wait for the next bus. Here the tour was guided in german through the speakers all the way. The driver did not offer us head phones before we asked for them and we could hardly hear the english speaker in them as the german voice was very loud. Honestly we were glad to get off!!

Very good visiting interesting places. Slightly changed due to building repairs following a bridge collapse. Good commentary.

I think the idea with the Hop in Hop Off bus is very good. You are quick from A to B. Some photos can also be taken from the bus. But it is advisable to think beforehand where you want to watch something. We got off at the Elbe castles, for example, but would then have to wait a very long time for the next bus, with which we then continued to the levitation railway. This bush auffeur was great, by the way! Stopped especially for the passengers to take pictures and waited for them. Hover train was great!

Very unfriendly company, exempts customers if you are at the wrong pier due to traffic jams and missing information when booking and have too little time to get to the right pier. As a customer, you would have expected a change of booking or partial refund at least on the part of the company!

This is the last one! Totally crowded, standing places were already booked. The windows on the back seats are glued shut. The engine is so loud you can't understand. Actually, we were just waiting for this ordeal to finally end. Absolutely not recommended.

The value for money was just great: 20 EUR for 2 days hop on hop off - no long waiting times at the stops - and then the opportunity to make on the two days on a guided city tour with extremely motivated guide and on the entertaining but also knowledge-imparting tour with the night watchman through Dresden's old town.

Online tickets must be cumbersomely exchanged for a paper ticket before bus admission. The additional waiting time annoys considerably.

We felt discrimination today after the driver told us that it was an "only German bus" and did not want us to ride the bus. Even tough we only wanted a ride back to the main square. Busses are flithy and old. Not recommended specially if you have colored skin.

We took the 2-day ticket and saw a lot with it. We went with 4 different drivers who couldn't have been more different. The explanations are comprehensive, which we really liked. One thing to criticize is the unprofessional tickets: for each day there was a thermal paper printout about 45cm long. On the second day we always had to show both printouts. There is room for savings in materials and better handling by the hundreds of guests every day.
