We were not certain about booking this tour as reviews had mentioned that information given out was not always complete, especially with so many different guides and means of travel. Everything worked out wonderfully for us, travel and guides were on time and we never felt "stranded." The guide in Tangier, Rashid, was very enthusiastic and moved very quickly. My grandon really enjoyed the comel ride. We had a family of six ranging from seven years to 70+ years and often could not keep up with his fast pace. After the delicious lunch, Rashid, recruited one of his coworkers also named Rashid, to take us around the medina, which worked much better for all of us. Thank you very much. Our hotel was very nice and was located just off of the main beach road, so we were able to see the sights and find a great place for dinner. We felt very safe. The next morning, the hotel had an included breakfast buffet and allowed us to store our luggage until being picked up at 4:30 pm. We made our way back to the Medina to shop and explored the narrow alleys. We were picked up on time and taken to the ferry with tickets, went through customs in Tarifa, met our van , and headed home. It was a great experience for all of us. Thank you to Naturanda for our 2 days in Morocco!
Bad experience. I don't recommend it. The tour promises two days in Tangier and we were not even 24 hours enjoying. ALL the first day was transport pass too late by us and the Ferry to Tangier at 5pm and when you arrive it is night not worth it. The second day we started the tour 12pm because we had more than 1 hour waiting on a bus for people arriving for the day tour. The very dear guides but the experience as such and very very bad logistics.

Day one was mostly transport with stops in souvenir shops. Day two, much better.
From start to finish, everything excellent we could enjoy the excursion fully, Rashid and Ali, great as Laura and José who withdrew us on the ferry with a van 0km from the ferry, the wonderful hotel with Pileta and its people so willing and polite (we felt like kings), a little away from the Medina but €4 a taxi round trip we enjoyed on our day off.
Recommenddisima our guide was Lola, super attentive, friendly and friendly, cared for all the members of the group. The tour quite complete. 🙂
Take the two-day tour to Granada and Tangier. Doing it all in one day would be exhausting. The Moroccan tour guide, Rachid, was fantastic.
While staying in Seville for a week we decided that since we were so close to the straights we should look into going to Tangier. After looking at multiple tours we decided to book the 2 day to make sure we had enough time to get the full experience. I don’t regret going, but it was not what we were expecting. There were 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child 10yr old). I misunderstood the description when it said “private” transport thinking this was a tour for just our group. When I contacted the company with questions (there was no information in our booking with any specifics on our overnight stay), They informed me there were 16+ others on a bus going down. We had to be at a pickup point at 6:45 am in front of a closed office. There was a young man on the bus that explained he would be dropping us at the port and that someone else would meet us in Tangier. The whole ferry experience was stressful. You had to get your passport stamped in the boat once the ferry arrived at the dock. People started lining up before we docked and it took 45 minutes for us to get off. Once we finally were able to get to the terminal we were the last of a much larger group than who we traveled with. The group at 26 in total and the bus they put us in only sat 25 so one of us has to stand. We finally arrived in old town at noon and Our guide hustled us through the old town (we did stop at a cool restaurant for lunch) and then were rushed through the kasbah, so that we could visit two shops that the guide got commissions from if we bought items. These each took time as they wanted to pitch their wares. We then were hurried to a bigger bus and drove out of town. We drove past a few places the guide pointed out (Sultans palace which you could not see from the road). Then we went to the Hercules Cave. This was so disappointing. My grandson was so excited to see it and it was basically a tourist trap. Tons of people shoving through vendors selling chachkis. We then stopped in a dirt parking lot to “ride the camels” which consisted of a handful of animals that got walked around in a circle for 2€. They then took the day trippers back to the ferry and dropped us off at a hotel with only the instructions that someone should be back to pick us up at 4:30 the next day to take us back to the ferry. This “4 star” hotel was very basic. The rooms were musty and would be considered a 2 star in the US. I have traveled extensively and understand there are different rating standards. It was loud and the beds were like pallets. The next day we had to check out of the hotel and basically just waited at the beach/ restaurant until another bus showed up to take us back to the ferry. We were met by a young woman who led us to another bus full of people to take us back to Seville. We were dropped at the pickup point at about 10:30pm. So in summary, we expected a private tour with more time in the old town. I guess people can comment that we did not take advantage of our “free” day, which if we wanted to pay more money to another guide we could have gotten more of what we were expecting. In total we only spent 3.5-4 hours in town. Which was not worth two full days of our trip and $1500.

Excellent tour to Ronda, good bus service and guided by Patricia our professional guide Good experience!!!
We were looking for a way to get from Seville to Tangier for an overnight trip. We liked that all transportation was included. They also did a good job of walking us through the ferry experience, handed us our tickets and hotel reservation, etc. Overall it felt pretty organized. We didn't have any plans for our second day and so the Tangier guide (who partners with Naturanda it seems) recommended someone for us who met us at the hotel and showed us around on day two. We were able to see a lot of the city and got back safely. It was a good experience.
Started & ended on a very sour note BUT Rachid in Tangier is an awesome guide. We waited for our 620 AM hotel pickup for over and hour before finally getting an answer at the company phone line. They lied and said they had emailed and phoned us the day prior to change to pickup time to 820. We know they lied because we had a missed call & they didn't leave a message - no spam mail etc. - speed-demon bus driver got us to the ferry - car sick. On the other side things went smoother but this is not a one day trip (we had booked the overnight and loved the hotel with a great b'fast, pool & spa . The free day was essential. Got back to the ferry on time & well cared for by Rachid BUT alas - on the Spanish side we had no ride waiting for us - we feared being stranded 2 + hours out of Seville and workes frantically to contact the company. Another bus company turned their group around & picked up our group of 7 but the system is not impressive.
