The first day of this tour was an utter disaster because of the driver. We were told that the driver would speak English, other than hello, good bye, yes and no he didn’t speak or understand English. We knew he was a driver that would take us to the different sites, but did not expect a driver that never opened the door, drove erratically in traffic, drove fast to a stopped car and slammed on the brakes, or had a terrible personal hygiene. He did get out of the car once and walked a short distance about 15 feet in front of us and pointed to a door that we were supposed to walk through. We called the owner of the tour company, after our first day of a two day tour, to tell him about our experience and were told that the driver had worked for him for five years and he never had a complaint. We told him that if we didn’t have a different driver the second day we would cancel the tour. We also called Viator about the experience. They reached out to the owner to ask for some reduction of the tour which he declined. The second day we did have a very good driver. The sites themselves were beautiful and you should not miss them on your visit to Dubai as long as it is with a different tour company.

As per your request we exchanged the driver on the next day tour but since you have booked 6 attraction tickets with transfer, and you had used all the tickets and completed your tour successfully we do not find any reason for refund request received.
