This private tour was outstanding, I can't recommend it enough! We generally plan our own trips but felt that we would prefer to be guided for this trip to Turkey. We originally were looking at a group tour with another company and then decided to find a private tour. It was obviously more than we would usually spend on a trip, but was absolutely worth the price! They suggested a fantastic itinerary and were extremely flexible. There were a couple of stops I had read about that weren’t included and they easily incorporated them. Our guides were fantastic! They all had great local knowledge and were enjoyable to spend time with. Our sites and accommodations were well-planned and outstanding! The trip was managed practically flawlessly. I only mention the 1 flaw, ridiculously minor as it was, to point out the excellence of their service and care. We were staying in a hotel in Istanbul that was unbelievably difficult to reach by car. The morning we were being picked up, the driver was going to be 5 minutes late and they called to make sure we were aware of the delay!

My 16-year-old son quickly found a friend in him, which made the experience even more enjoyable. When I became sick one day, Ege went out of his way to purchase medicine for me at his own expense. His kindness and thoughtfulness went far beyond what we expected, and we were incredibly grateful. In Cappadocia, our guide, Nihat, was equally knowledgeable and thorough. He recommended local activities that we thoroughly enjoyed and helped us experience the region in a meaningful and authentic way. Finally, Ertunga personally guided us through İzmir and Ephesus, bringing the area’s rich ancient history to life. His deep knowledge made the complex history easy to understand and appreciate. Maria expertly managed all of our logistics. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and was always helpful. Toward the end of our trip, I decided to add more activities in Ephesus, and she adjusted the arrangements immediately and without difficulty. All of our transportation and airport or hotel transfers were provided in comfortable luxury vehicles stocked with water and beverages. Every pickup and drop-off was smooth, punctual, and thoughtfully organized. Our entire Turkey trip was made more special because of Felicity Travels. Their professionalism, knowledge, warmth, flexibility, and genuine care allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every destination. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Turkey and would gladly work with them again.

Ertunga and Maria from Felicity Travel arranged for a private tour for my family of 4. As it was our first trip to Turkey I wanted a combination of both the biblical historical sites as well as typical highlights. Ertunga’s team was fantastic from beginning to end . All communication was extremely prompt and clear. Transfers were seamless in Mercedes vans. The itinerary was well paced and not exhausting. Lunch was even included every day . Ertunga took us through the 7 churches mentioned in the book of Revelations with great biblical knowledge . It really gave us a fresh perspective of the 7 churches . Cappadocia was spectacular and my kids especially enjoyed the hot air balloon experience which was magical . Our guides Nilay in Cappadocia and Mert in Istanbul were also excellent , extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable . I’m really glad we chose this travel agency and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personalised , high quality tour in Turkey .

Returning customer here, have been impressed again. Thanks to Ertunga’s attentive and informative guidance we could build our itinerary, 11 days from Bodrum to Istanbul, covering sites in ancient Caria and Likya, including the beautiful Kekova boat experience. Then sites around Antalya, Konya, Cappadocia, Hattusa, Ankara, Bursa, Iznik. We were very happy to meet with our guide Mesut again, and the experienced driver Halil. Mesut’s resourceful explanation, meticulous handling of daily issues and professionalism was as perfect as last time. Halil enabled our journey by providing reliable and efficient transport. We are grateful for every local specialty meal and the invitation to Halil’s family BBQ, and the backgammon skill up lectures provided by pro level player Mesut. Overall it has been unforgettable few days again. We are looking forward to return to explore this amazing country very soon.

My husband and I had a really magnificent trip on a private tour of Turkey with Ertunga Ecir. We started in Ankara and traveled to Capaddocia, the Aegean region for the Seven Churches of Revelation tour and finally to Istanbul. Every part of the trip was well planned, and the vehicles and meals provided were also excellent. Ertunga himself was our guide for the Seven Churches tour. He has a vast knowledge of the historical background of each ancient site. It was also wonderful we could read from the Book of Revelation describing the conditions of the church in each city. Apart from being a great guide, Ertunga is also very unassuming and humble, a really nice person overall! We highly recommend those planning a trip to Turkey to travel with Ertunga Ecir.

We had the privilege of having Ertunga as our private guide for 10 days around the fascinating sites of western Turkey. His historical insights and particularly his theological knowledge made such a difference to our enjoyment and understanding of the sights we visited.
