I am extremely frustrated with how this company handled our jet ski reservation. We showed up on time for our scheduled reservation, ready to enjoy our experience. However, the company delayed the jet skiing because of lightning and weather conditions. We were told we would have to wait, but unfortunately, we could not sit around for an hour waiting to see if the weather would clear. The frustrating part is that the delay was not caused by us—we showed up when we were supposed to. We did not simply decide not to show up or cancel at the last minute. The company delayed the service because of the weather, which was completely outside of our control. I spoke directly with the owner about getting a refund since we were unable to receive the service we paid for. Instead of trying to work with us, he refused to refund our money and argued back and forth with me and my boyfriend as though we were somehow responsible for the weather delay. The customer service was incredibly disappointing. If the company has to delay an activity because of lightning or unsafe weather, I understand that—that's a safety issue. What I don't understand is why the customer should lose their money when the company is the one unable to provide the service at the scheduled time. We paid for a service that we did not receive, and rather than showing understanding and trying to find a reasonable solution, the owner became argumentative and refused to work with us. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking with this company. Weather happens, but how a business chooses to treat its customers when things don't go as planned says a lot about the company. Unfortunately, our experience was that they cared more about keeping our money than providing reasonable customer service.

Overall the experience was a one star. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values there time and money. My family of 5 booked a time slot at 11:35 and we waited there till 2:30 before entering the boat that would take us 45 mins to the location. After arriving on the boat ride to the location the driver fell asleep and we hit the side of a wake. We had to wake him up and signal him to turn the boat. After that he started violently speeding up at mx speed almost throwing my kids off the boat and then when I told him to slow down he caught the engine off and gave me sass.when we finally got to the place my jet ski was broken for half the time and was steaming up. Then when we finished the trip the driver got fired so we had to wait 2 hours in the middle of no where. To make matters worse we got hit with a storm and got back fully wet and cold. Overall we took a tour that was supposed to be an hour , instead lasting 6 hours and ruining our whole day.

Super fun! Had to wait a while after jet skiing for the boat but was assured it was abnormal to have a wait like that, overall a super fun time!

It was such a good time! The guides were really knowledgeable! The boat ride out to the bay where we rode the jetskis was one of our favorite parts! Highly recommend!

Overall a good experience. But have a few complaints; original online add advertised 2 hrs of jet skiing for $88, but in actuality you only get an hour and the balance of the time is used to get to/ from skis via pontoon boat ride. In fine print , an additional $50 is required for marina fees , etc. We were warned to keep 100 yards apart or risk being called back in. This distance is a bit excessive and didn’t allow our group to ride together. We were also warned if the ski is rolled that we would be charged $300 minimum to cover damages. The ski is designed to sustain a roll without damage so didn’t understand why we were told this. Although I am a seasoned rider, the instruction they give is very limited if u have no prior experience. They should mention how to keep throttle on through a turn (helps avoid rolling it), or how to re-mount if thrown overboard , etc. Overall a good experience but much room for improvement if they want to take this business to the next level.

Ones you get to the jet ski flowting area the guys can be rude they didn’t even let this one guy know if you flip the jet ski it’s 500 dollars and he didn’t want to take a picture for me on the jet ski he was rude about it to so yeah I won’t be coming back here rent somewhere else people

they charged me extra $400 because I accidentally hit a parked jetski. There was no contract that I signed that required me to pay $400 if you hit or got into an accident. They did not bother to ask me if I was even okay. They went ahead and charged me $400. This particular place is not recommended.

It was awesome. We had a great time and great boat ride to and from the jetski location. Very nice staff too

Not a good experience. Would be good to know that you needed a license before hand. Would be good to know the full price and not just show up and hit us with hidden fees. The time given was an hour and it was less than an hour because they needed the jet skis for another group of people. One of the guys was rude to us because we were trying to take pictures. They can improve their customer service

Daughter first time jet skiing and it was a terrible experience with this company. They charged them 250$ for falling off the jet ski. Do not rent here go to another rental. This company is not prepared!!! Terrible
