Het is een kleine groepsles waarbij je meer aandacht krijgt van de instructeur om je te helpen de goede eierkoffie aan het einde te maken. Daarnaast zorgt een gezellige plek ervoor dat je je dichter bij elkaar voelt en gemakkelijk kunt communiceren met andere mensen in de groep. Je kunt je eigen smaak bepalen om eierkoffie aan te passen aan je zoete niveau. Het is een praktische ervaring waarbij je het zelf kunt doen, niet alleen als een deskundige instructeur, het helpt je ook om meer te weten te komen over de Vietnamese koffiecultuur en kan je goede merken aanbevelen om thuis te kopen

Super fun experience. Our guide An was great at explaining both the process and the history! We feel confident we can make it again at home. An took a bunch of pictures and sent them to us at the end. The snack was delicious. On top of all of that the coffee is awesome. Highly recommend.
An absolute highlight of our Vietnam trip! Vinh made us feel right at home from the moment we walked into Hais restaurant with his very warm and welcoming hospitality. We started with a yummy snack of rice paper rolls before he took us through the entire process of making egg coffee. Vinh is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun to be around. We learnt a lot and the coffee was delicious. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
Vinh was spectacular! I truly enjoyed every moment of the experience from the snack at the start to drinking the coffee we made at the end. Vinh was an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant teacher and made the entire experience fun and extremely informative! The egg coffee was absolutely delicious. I am not much of a coffee drinker at home, but I enjoyed it to such an extent that I got the recipe so I can make it at home (and Vinh happily provided the recipe as well as tips on where to purchase the equipment)! This was easily a highlight for not just Vietnam, but for everywhere I have travelled in my life. If you have any interest in coffee, history, or just want to learn about an interesting part of Vietnamese culture I absolutely give this class my highest recommendation!
I came up with my family just to try the egg coffee for the first time with the perfect time about 1h and that just was so nice thanks Vĩnh for the warm class

Vinh was very patient and extremely helpful. He explained the history of Egg Coffee in Vietnam and kept us laughing.
This class was so fun! It was the perfect length, only an hour, had a small spring roll tasting and taught us how to make delicious egg coffee. Vinh was a great teacher: informative, friendly and fun! I highly recommend this class with Vinh!
