I am very dissatisfied with the way this company conducts business. The whole process was very confusing and unclear. We did not find out that the atv’s are nearly an hour away from the jet skis until a few days before the booking and we did not hand transportation to go that far. We paid nearly 1000 dollars for this experience. I am very disappointed

Prior to your scheduled date, we spoke with you and your group by phone and clearly explained that the ATV and jet ski activities take place at different locations. During that conversation, we offered the option to complete the excursions on separate days and times to accommodate your situation, and this solution was accepted. Unfortunately, the reservation was later canceled shortly before the scheduled activity. We always do our best to communicate important details in advance and provide alternative options when needed. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make all booking and location information as clear as possible for future guests.
Complete scan. Took close to a thousand dollars from us. Viator is a scam too. Sketchy waiver too. The location is false, the ATVs are an hour away and impossible to transport too without spending a bunch of money. Tried to call and get everything worked out but they answered and were rude, didn’t reason with us whatsoever. We also entered the waiver into AI to read over it and it is extremely sketchy. Worst thing to do if you are in Miami.
We respectfully disagree with your review, as several statements are simply inaccurate. Our team spoke with you multiple times by phone regarding your reservation and cancellation request. Both our cancellation policy and Viator’s policy clearly state that last-minute cancellations are non-refundable, and this information is displayed on the booking page before purchase. The meeting location is accurately listed in the tour details, and transportation requirements are clearly explained prior to booking. At no point were you misled about the activity or its location. We also reject the claim that our staff was rude. All calls are recorded for quality and training purposes, and we have documentation of our communications regarding your reservation. We understand that you were disappointed by the cancellation policy, but that does not make the experience a scam. We stand by the accuracy of our listing and the assistance provided by our team.
