Hello, I am requesting a refund for my booking BR-1448652961, confirmation CN-1830695053, scheduled for September 19, 2026 for 2 adults. I showed up on-site today with the voucher provided by Viator in order to obtain the official ticket, as indicated on the document. However, the ticket was rejected by the system. The terminal screen clearly indicated: "TICKET ALREADY SCANNED – OTHER DATE" The on-site staff also indicated to me that the ticket had already been sold/used for another person. I was therefore unable to benefit from the service I had booked and paid for. I am attaching to my request: * my Viator booking voucher; * a photo of the terminal indicating "TICKET ALREADY SCANNED – OTHER DATE". A great way to spend an hour- best to sit on the top of the boat to get a better glimpse of some of the inland landmarks like the Place de la Concorde, but if you want to hear the full guided tour you should sit inside and use the hand-held audio devices. It was great to learn about the bridges and buildings along the river and to circle the Ile st Louis and Ile de la Cite and get to see Notre Dame from the water. Very cool. The departure and arrival location is across the street from the Eiffel Tower, which is a very busy and fun area for before and after the tour.
