Prachtige grotten en suggestieve baaien waar de zee breekt met de muziek van de golven. De kust van Polignano a Mare is gemaakt om per boot ontdekt te worden! Het panorama dat vanaf de zee te bewonderen is, is werkelijk uniek en betoverend.

Zwaluwen Grot. Een van de bekendste en grootste grotten aan de noordkust, ook gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de achterkant, maar ook vanaf de zee, is de Grotta delle Rondinelle. Volgens veel mensen is de naam afgeleid van het feit dat in het verleden hier elk jaar een zwaluw zijn nest bouwde. Het wordt veel bezocht en gefotografeerd en staat ook bekend om het duiken, zowel vanaf de bovenkant van het plafond als vanaf de steile wanden.
Grot van geliefden. Klein en suggestief, de Grotta degli Innamorati ontleent zijn naam aan de intimiteit die het biedt aan degenen die willen ontsnappen aan de blikken van de vele zwemmers. Het is alleen bereikbaar door te zwemmen en wordt gekenmerkt door een zeer lage ingang boven zeeniveau, onder een zeer hoge en compacte klif.
Palazzese-grot en Ardito-grot. De Grotta Palazzese ontleent zijn naam aan de Grotta di Palazzo, omdat het werd opgenomen in de bezittingen van het Palazzo door de familie Leto, feodale heren van Polignano van 1713 tot 1794. Een authentiek natuurwonder, het is de grootste en beroemdste grot aan de hele kust van Polignano. Gelegen onder de brede gelijknamige, dankt de Ardito-grot zijn naam aan de oude eigenaar, de priester Don Giuseppe Ardito, die een lange trap liet graven voor gemakkelijke toegang. Hier is er een natuurlijke zuil die de "pilaar van Hercules" wordt genoemd.
Tijdens de tocht is er een stop om lekker te zwemmen. Duik in de kristalheldere zee en geniet van een moment van volledige ontspanning! Het spel van licht en de betoverende sfeer van de grotten zijn een ervaring om nooit te vergeten! Om dit moment echt perfect te maken, kunt u genieten van een typisch Apulisch aperitief met onze taralli vergezeld van verse prosecco.

I have done the tour for the 4th. time, because it was always very nice to learn something about the different grottos. This was by far the worst one. We went into exactly three grottos for approx. 5 sec.! Not a single word was said about the grottos (only the restaurant was mentioned) and you could look enviously at all the other boats that had visited ALL the grottos, boats that, by the way, were both larger and smaller. It was, so to speak, "abysmal".... I will never book here again!!!
Hello, I am sorry that you had this terrible experience with us, but there are some points to be made. We are one of the few companies that respects the regulations. You cannot enter all the caves, and you cannot get very close to the coast, especially on the day you did the excursion because there was a moderate mistral. Beautiful places, friendly and courteous people, many things to see and do. Inevitable boat trip to see the caves, we happened to skipper Vincenzo, nothing short of amazing.
The fabulous crew: Both very attentive to their passengers, top captain who played with great skill with the waves due to a strong wind during our outing, guided tour of the caves which was both informative and entertaining... We were excited to be able to do a boat ride and see the caves, however our experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. We had originally booked a private tour but the day prior, we decided to also do a group tour for that day. Immediately after disembarking from the boat on the day we did the group tour, one of the staff members demanded a 200€ deposit from us for our private tour the following day. Previously we had been told that the entire payment would me made on the day of the tour. We told him that we did not have that kind of cash on us and he told us to use the ATM they have at the marina, but we explained we could not do that due to the foreign transaction fees. We walked away and the man came after us when we were waiting for our ride to pick us up. He continued to engage with us, stating that he did not believe we were coming back tomorrow and he had other people wanting to take a ride at the same time. We were a group of 3 young women and felt extremely uncomfortable by how we were treated, as he kept insisting that we give him the money. Additionally, on the day we had the group tour we booked for 5 PM on TripAdvisor but when we arrived were told that there was no one to take us and we would have to wait until 6 PM. So we had to wait around at the marina for one hour which was outside of the city center without anything to do. The lack of professionalism was appalling with this company. Overall, the boat ride was nice but the staff was very rude.

You will understand well that the tourism sector has a high flow of visitors and therefore it is more than logical to ask our customers for an advance both to guarantee their reservation and to guarantee us the certainty of an orderly, safe and peaceful work. As for the time change, we apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately it did not depend on us, but on the maritime conditions and the wait, to which it refers, was spent in one of the refreshment points present, sheltered from the sun and from the heat. Great experience! We were very well received at first. The staff on the boat were great, especially Antonio! We got to know the history of the caves and the village of Polignano a Mare, all in music and with a superb Mood. We bathed in a beautiful cave. Then we were able to drink a good glass of prosceco and eat tarallis on the boat while still enjoying a swim in transparent water. I recommend! PS: plan to arrive early to find a parking space.
