Dit is geen doorsnee dagtrip – het is een naadloze fly-in safari vanuit Zanzibar die je halverwege de ochtend in het hart van Mikumi National Park brengt, waardoor je maximale tijd in het wild hebt en geen tijd verliest op de weg. Ervaar de rauwe schoonheid van de uiterwaarden van Mkata, vol olifanten, zebra's, leeuwen en de ongrijpbare sabelantilope, allemaal tegen een achtergrond die wedijvert met de Serengeti. Met deskundige lokale gidsen, een warme bush lunch en een bezoek aan de legendarische Hippo Pool, levert deze tour groot wild, adembenemende uitzichten en onvergetelijke momenten - allemaal op één dag. Begin uw reis op Zanzibar en vlieg met een binnenlandse vlucht naar Mikumi National Park, bekend om zijn uiterwaarden van Mkata, die doen denken aan de Serengeti. Bij aankomst op Kikoboga Airstrip wordt u begroet door onze chauffeur-gids, die de activiteiten van de dag zal schetsen. Begin aan een gamedrive door de uiterwaarden van Mkata, een hotspot voor het spotten van wilde dieren, waar je olifanten, buffels, zebra's, wildebeesten en mogelijk roofdieren zoals hyena's, luipaarden en leeuwen kunt tegenkomen. Het gebied is ook een leefgebied voor de Sabelantilope, Grote Koedoe en Eland, 's werelds grootste antilope. Geniet van een warme lunch in de middag voordat u het park verder gaat verkennen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing one-day safari and absolutely loved every minute of it. As a family, we had so much fun and created memories we’ll never forget. A special thank you to our guide, Pascal. He went above and beyond to help us spot as many animals as possible, always finding the perfect viewing and photo locations. His knowledge of the wildlife was impressive, and he shared lots of interesting facts throughout the day. Highly professional, friendly, and passionate about his job. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended – and if you can, ask for Pascal! 🦁🐘🦒⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
the best safari experience ever, we had so much fun with our driver paschal and our tour guide innocent. they were both friendly, patient, talked to us all the time, explained everything perfectly. non of the animals went unnoticed, the both are very perceptive and pointed every thing to us. it was very important for them to make sure we had the best experience, reminded us to take pictures, stopped to make sure we get great shots and even helped us taking them. we were very lucky to see so many animals and be paired with such nice staff.
It was a sensational experience. Our guide Fidelis from Safari Gateway was very nice, competent, and was the perfect addition to this great experience. I can recommend it to everyone

Emmanuel Agnerus is a very good guide who is concerned about our well-being and satisfaction; he speaks French very well and is very dedicated. Accompanied by a good driver, and even though we were not able to spot the lions, they allowed us to have a very beautiful experience
