BUKIT CINTA (LIEFDEHEUVEL). Geloofd door de Tengger-stam als een plaats waar twee paren liefhebbers, namelijk Joko Seger en Roro Anteng, worden aangeduid als voorouders of de oorsprong van de Tengger-stam die het Mount Bromo-gebied bewoonde. Dit is de meest romantische locatie in het Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS). Als je blijft denken aan de persoon van wie je houdt tijdens de reis vanuit het gezichtspunt naar deze plek, gelooft de Tengger-stam dat je een levenspartner zult worden met de mensen aan wie je denkt.
Pura Luhur Poten is een hindoetempel onder de voet van de berg Bromo. Deze tempel is het centrum van religieuze activiteiten van de meerderheid Tengger-stam die hindoe is. U kunt deze plek bezoeken door te wandelen tot 200 meter van het parkeerterrein.
WIDODAREN - De dinosaurusvallei. Mount Widodaren is een berg in de buurt van Mount Bromo. Mount Widodaren heeft een hoogte van 2.614 meter boven zeeniveau. Deze berg maakt deel uit van de Tengger-caldera. Activiteiten die je hier kunt doen, is een foto maken voor een Jeep-auto met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen
MALANG- ZONSOPGANG UITZICHTPUNT, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS) De reis naar Mount Bromo duurt normaal gesproken 2-2,5 uur vanuit de stad Malang. Het eerste gebied van TNBTS dat we zullen bezoeken is het zonsopganguitkijkpunt op de Penanjakan- of Kingkong-heuvel. Normaal gesproken zal de zonsopgang om 04.30 uur opkomen. Bij aankomst op het zonsopganguitkijkpunt zal de chauffeur toestemming vragen om te rusten tot 06.00 uur. Dit is belangrijk aangezien de wegomstandigheden die u 's ochtends zult nemen meer hobbels hebben dan de weg die u 's nachts heeft afgelegd (uitkijkpunt Malang-Sunrise). Je kunt dus zonder gids genieten van het uitzicht op Penanjakan. De nachttemperatuur op Mount Bromo is normaal gesproken 0°-12° Celsius en zal opwarmen als de zon opkomt. Als u een extra jas nodig heeft, kunt u deze huren bij het zonsopganguitkijkpunt tegen een kostprijs van 20.000 - 30.000 IDR. Terwijl je wacht tot de zon opkomt, kun je daar wachten in een plaatselijke koffiebar. Vraag eerst naar de prijs om uiteindelijk oplichting te voorkomen.

We had a wonderful trip to Mount Bromo with our tour guide, Mr. Hamdan, and our driver, Mr. Wawan. Mr. Hamdan arranged a unique route for us: after watching the sunrise from Mount Bromo, we visited the viewpoint later, which helped us avoid the large crowds. We also enjoyed an incredibly beautiful sea of clouds. Both the guide and driver were friendly, professional, and helpful. Hamden was a fantastic tour guide and made our experience so fun. He took us to the Caldera of mount bromo while it was still dark so we could see the lava and then wait for the sunrise down below. We came to the caldera first instead of the viewpoint to avoid some heavily congested traffic, but this was a choice that he offered and we could of course stick to the original itinerary if we preferred. Trust that you will see an unfathomable amount of "jeeps" all headed in the exact same direction to do the exact same thing. Our jeep driver did an amazing job of making the bumpy roads as comfortable as possible. The sulfur fumes can be unpredictable and quite strong- make sure you bring a mask!! Even with a mask my nose burned and I was still coughing, but there is no way to control nature. Temperatures were quite cold, especially before sunrise. As a new englander used to the cold, I was able to tough it out with a long sleeve shirt, sun hoodie, and wind breaker for my layers. Consider bundling up better if you don't tolerate cold well. Hamden took so many wonderful photos and videos for us throughout the day which will be a great way to remember this trip. The best part of the trip was an unscripted eruption from Mount semeru in the distance- so cool to see!

Absolutely wonderful private tour of bromo 🙏 everything went amazing and our guide Hamdan as well as our driver Mr Wawan had given us an epic personalised experience. Our guide Hamdan was very knowledgeable of the volcanoes of the area, and his photography skills were epic 😀 he also helped some of our family who were a little nervous of heights. Couldn’t see Bromo as we were taken to the wrong viewing point. The view we did have of other mountains and sea of sand was spectacular but not what we paid for. The transportation was very cramped and uncomfortable. Be careful before you book. The guide and driver were very good

We (me & fam) had 1 day Bromo sunrise private trip with Mr Hamdan as our tour leader. The trip was excellent: great scheduling so we could arrive earlier and got perfect sunrise spot, avoid traffic jam, etc. Hamdan, jeep driver and shuttle driver are also really helpful, communicative and do their best effort to help us got best experience during trip.
