6:00 's ochtends. We beginnen een comfortabele vroege ochtendrit naar Amboseli National Park, deze rit neemt je mee door lokale dorpen, de Athi en Emali vlaktes, met een prachtig landschap en af en toe spotten van dieren in het wild. 10:00. We komen halverwege de ochtend aan in het nationale park Amboseli en beginnen onmiddellijk aan een gamedrive met een bezoek aan de verschillende moerassen in dit park en waar het wild goed geconcentreerd is, zullen we indrukwekkende kuddes olifanten zien foerageren, tackelen en baden en ook andere dieren zien, waaronder buffels, zebra's , giraffen, Gazellen en meer. We zullen uitkijken naar roofdieren, waaronder leeuwen, cheeta's, hyena's en jakhalzen. Vogels waaronder flamingo's zijn ook overvloedig. Onze gamedrive brengt ons tot de lunchtijd wanneer we stoppen bij de observatieheuvel voor lunch en ontspanning. 03:00. We verlaten het park met een gamedrive op weg terug naar Nairobi met een optie om een Masai-dorp te bezoeken voor een culturele interactie, en gaan vervolgens terug naar Nairobi om ongeveer 18.30 uur.

Amboseli is mooi en wordt beschouwd als het biosfeerreservaat van Kenia. Amboseli in Masai betekent - ‘plaats van water’. Het ligt aan de voet Mt. Kilimanjaro staat op 5895m hoog en is de hoogste berg van Afrika. Het is in dit park waar je gegarandeerd enorme kuddes olifanten met indrukwekkende slagtanden zult zien terwijl ze foerageren en baden in verschillende moerassen die over dit park verspreid liggen. Andere dieren die hier te zien zijn, zijn een verscheidenheid aan herbivoren, waaronder zebra's, giraffen, buffels, nijlpaarden, waterbokken, wrattenzwijnen, gazellen en gnoes. Roofdieren die hier te zien zijn, zijn leeuwen, cheeta's, hyena's en jakhalzen. Amboseli is ook een paradijs voor vogelliefhebbers waar meer dan 350 vogelsoorten kunnen worden gezien, waaronder flamingo's, ooievaars, struisvogels, ganzen, commorants en vele anderen. Je krijgt ook de beste waarneming van de Kilimanjaro-berg met zijn met sneeuw bedekte top, meestal zichtbaar bij zonsopgang en zonsondergang. De berg vormt een prachtige achtergrond om op foto's te maken.

I would like to highly recommend Mr. Benson! We went on a day tour from Nairobi, Kenya to Amboseli National Park. The tour started at 5:00 a.m. We were in the lobby a few minutes early, and Mr. Benson was already there waiting on us. Mr. Benson was super professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and hospitable the whole day! Before we even arrived at Amboseli National Park, during the morning drive there, we saw zebras crossing the road. We spent approximately four hours at Amboseli National Park. The safari did not disappoint! We saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, various species of birds, etc. It was a wonderful day! Thank you Mr. Benson; we won't forget it!
Our trip to Amboseli with Benson was nothing short of amazing. We saw lots of elephant herds up close along with lions, giraffes, zebras many types of birds and of course the magnificent Mt.Kilimanjaro.Benson was knowledgeable about the wildlife and especially the many types of birds. His vehicle was well maintained and comfortable for the rough terrain. Overall the safari was well organized ,everything went on smoothly and we enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be booking with him for another safari to the Mara.
We toured Amboseli and Nairobi National parks with Benson. In addition, Benson was also our driver for getting around areas in Nairobi on several occasions. As a person with special needs, Benson did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. He could spot animals from very far away and was very knowledgeable about all of them including he knew the names of several bull elephants in Amboseli. I would absolutely have Benson as my tour guide should I have the opportunity to return to Kenya.
Benson is very friendly and informative. He is knowledgeable about the animals and how to find them. He took us to both Amboseli and Nairobi National Parks. We saw black and white rhinos, lots of elephants and zebras, hippos, and giraffes. We all enjoyed our time with Benson and would gladly go with him again.
We really enjoyed our trip to Amboseli National Park. Our guide, Benson, picked us up right on time, and the ride was very comfortable - we even managed to get some sleep along the way. Even though it was the rainy season, we were lucky to catch a glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park wasn’t crowded at all, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. Some roads were a bit muddy, but that’s to be expected in this season. During the safari, we saw plenty of elephants, a giraffe, baboons, hippos, buffaloes, and many beautiful birds. It was truly a great day in nature. After the safari, we visited a Maasai cultural village. Unfortunately, this part felt more commercial than cultural. You pay $20 per person for a short tour, and you’re also asked for additional donations and encouraged to buy souvenirs. It felt more like a sales experience than an authentic glimpse into Maasai life.
We had good experience with this tour agent and by guide Mr. Benson. The agent sent the good vehicle. Benson speak clearly and explain everything. Amazing his talent in this field and driving too. Also he satisfied our wishes with smiley face. We are appreciating him and recommending the tour agent.
