- Ophalen bij uw accommodatie om 04:30 uur. - Neem een paar minuten om Cai Rang Floating Market te verkennen. De route passeert huizen gebouwd op palen over het water en boten van verschillende grootte, vormen en kleuren aangemeerd langs de kust. - Je kunt langs de kant van zo’n foodcourt boot stoppen om op het lokale schip te klimmen of de chauffeur van de boot vragen om te stoppen bij enkele drijvende hutten langs de kust. - Geniet van drankjes en gerechten in de Mekong Delta Rivier, zoals Ca Phe Sua Da (IJskoffie met gecondenseerde melk) of bun rieu (een rijstvermicelli soep met een krab vleesmengsel gemaakt van zoetwater mini krabben, varkensvlees, enz.). Je krijgt ook te maken met het maken van Hu Tieu (een rijstnoedelgerecht). Daarna fietsen we over een rustig pad door het dorp, langs vele fruittuinen met een verscheidenheid aan fruit. We zullen genieten van de frisse lucht en het eenvoudige leven van de lokale bevolking.
Na het genieten van de Floating Market trip vertrekken we naar de Cu Chi Legend Tunnel. De reis naar de Cu Chi tunnel duurt ongeveer 3,5 uur, en we lunchen onderweg in een lokaal restaurant. Bij aankomst heeft u de mogelijkheid om overblijfselen van oorlogstijd te verkennen, zoals de geheime bunkers die worden gebruikt als militaire schuilplaatsen voor Vietnamese soldaten. U kunt een documentaire bekijken om te begrijpen hoe de Vietnamezen dapper vochten voor onafhankelijkheid. We did today the tour combo Floating market and cu Chi Tunnels. Our Gide was Tri and he really took care of us. We had so many interesting experiences: tasty breakfast on the boat, demonstration of how rice noodles are made (my daughter tried to make it as well), fruit tasting, delicious lunch and tea snack. Tri was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. He also took a lot of pictures of us. We learnt a lot. I would really recommend this to everyone. In one day you are able to visit two attractions by private car. The driver was also very careful and drove safely.
