A great tour of the Alps, Bruno was both informative and entertaining. I thought the durations for each location were ideal -there isn’t an awful lot to see in Lauterbrunnen and you will be tired by that point, so an hour was enough. By the way, there are a few free water refill points in Grindelwald, one is by the museum.
Reuafe and Fabrice were great tour guides. They both kept us informed on the activities of the day and immediately told us of any changes. They made sure we got back to the meet point safe, and also counted each person on the bus to ensure we were all there. I kept seeing Switzerland 🇨🇭 on Facebook so I booked my flight and tours and I’m glad I did. Switzerland is a moment to remember. It’s nothing like on social media. It’s so breathtaking in person. If Switzerland is not on your travel list, it should be. I recommend this tour and I do recommend taking this tour with Reuafe and Fabrice.
We had such a wonderful time on this tour. Olga was such a wonderful guide and so knowledgeable. My 13 year old grandson and I had such a great time.
At Grindelwald, if you are planning to do the zip line, first flight or trikes, do them early! The line gets very long! Also recommend eating NOT at the top because the line is long and takes a lot of your time. Eat at a different level or bring your own snacks so you can enjoy the other activities!
The day was amazing! Our guides Karen and Robert were fabulous! Our bus driver, Idavere was the BEST driver ever. Would recommend this experience 100%!

On my own, I bought round-trip tickets to Lauterbrunnen from Zurich and we got off in Interlaken. Don't miss the paragliding experience; it's amazing, zero fear, zero adrenaline, it's like floating in the clouds.
I was surprised that this trip didn’t include anything, not even bottles of water for the guests. On top of that, our guides told us that we weren’t allowed to eat anything on the buses. I understand restrictions on smelly or messy food, but I don’t think snacks should be banned. Other than that, the tour went well. The guides were nice and shared interesting information. The locations we visited were amazing, Switzerland is so beautiful.
My husband and I took the Zurich: Guided Daytrip to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen & Interlaken on April 21, 2026, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was well organized and thoughtfully executed. Our guides, Jean and Renate, were exceptional both knowledgeable and engaging, striking the perfect balance between sharing insights and giving us space to explore. Their energy and professionalism made the day even more enjoyable. A special mention to our driver, Jimmy, who expertly maneuvered the bus through the narrow, winding mountain roads with confidence and ease. His skill made what could have been a nerve-wracking drive feel completely comfortable and safe. Grindelwald was absolutely breathtaking, and the Mount First gondola ride is an absolute must. The views are nothing short of spectacular; easily the most beautiful scenery I have ever experienced. Lauterbrunnen’s valley and waterfalls felt like something out of a postcard, and Interlaken provided the perfect complement to the day. If you’re considering this tour, don’t overthink it, book it. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience some of Switzerland’s most iconic and stunning landscapes in a single day.
Excellent trip to the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. We enjoyed our day but especially the time in Grindelwald. There were options to add one adventures during the 3.5 hour stop and we chose to take the gondola ride up Mount First. At the top, we walked the cliff walk and enjoyed the incredible views. Nilsen and Gonzalo were great guides, offering helpful information without needless chatter so we could relax and enjoy the scenic ride in the comfort of the double Decker bus
