Inizieremo il nostro tour in un luogo iconico: i Giardini Forodhani è un piccolo parco nella storica città di Stone Town, Zanzibar. Continueremo verso Fuerte Viejo De Zanzibar, noto anche come forte arabo, uno degli edifici più antichi di Stone Town, originariamente costruito dai portoghesi nel XVII secolo. Poi passeremo davanti alle rovine della "Casa delle Meraviglie" per sapere come è nato il nome e perché tutta l'Africa orientale conosce questo edificio. Poi passiamo davanti al Museo del Palazzo, noto anche come Palazzo del Sultano e poi Vecchio Dispensario. Il punto successivo è la cattedrale anglicana di Stone Town Zanzibar, l'esempio più importante dell'architettura paleocristiana nell'Africa orientale. Avrai l'opportunità unica di passeggiare attraverso le camere sotterranee degli schiavi e vedere straordinari monumenti storici, seguiti dal Vecchio Mercato degli Schiavi, famigerato per essere il più brutale. Successivamente torniamo al nostro punto d'incontro nei giardini Forodhani.

Regarding the many positive reviews for Abdul and his Stone Town Walking Tours I contacted him via WhatsApp a few weeks prior to our arrival. He responded quickly and it was an easy conversation about the itinerary of our tour - especially as we wanted to start early to go to the fish auction at the market in Stone Town. He was flexible to pick us up early and we had a very great visit to the market - and after breakfast - as well to all the other major sights of Stone Town. He explained many of the smaller details of architecture and daily life that we would have otherwise not recognized. It was a pleasure for us spending a 1/2 day walking tour with friendly, sympathetic and knowledgeable Abdul and would contact him again for other tours for any future return to Zanzibar.
The second year we go with Abdul & he's always very professional, friendly & flexible to what we needed. His car is always in great condition & his driver is very safe. I highly recommend him for tours & Airport trips

Stone Town private tour with a French speaking guide. Interesting, vibrant. The guide spoke good french and walked you around the intimate stone town life. Abdull and his brother have been perfect drivers, caring. Abdull recommended an excellent restaurant downtown. I strongly recommend Abdull !

Abdulrazak gave us the BEST tour we have ever been on in any city, country, or continent. His level of knowledge about Zanzibar’s history and Stonetown are truly unmatched. The day felt like living in a documentary in the best way. This is a true family operation with his brother driving us, his wife applying henna, and by the end of the day we felt like we were part of their crew due to their warmth and hospitality. We also added on a spice tour which was a really amazing experience. Got to see how ~10 native spices are grown, got to eat fresh tropical fruit, drink fresh coconut water, and had the opportunity to purchase some tea and coffee to bring home. We really truly cannot emphasize how amazing Abdulrazak and his guiding experience is. Book with him for what will surely be a highlight of your trip!
We went on two tours with Abdul during our trip to Zanzibar, and we thought he was a very friendly and reliable guide and he had a lot of knowledge about Zanzibar, which made the tours very interesting.

Sometimes it could be terrifying to travel solo especially when you are a female. But my experience with Abdul was amazing 😍. I travelled to Zanzibar and Abdul ensured my safety since the day I arrived as he picked me up from the ferry terminal and escorted me to my hotel. The following day he made sure I explore all the famous places in Zanzibar. We went to Kendwa beach, Spice Farm where we had lunch, stone town, the former slave market, Forodhani where there is an evening food market and I tried Urojo the famous food mixture in Zanzibar. We also visited the local market and so many other places. I had so much fun and took lots of pictures that will always remind me of Zanzibar. I'm looking forward to return and book Abdul as my tour guide. He is a disciplined gentleman that any one is safe around him.
