John S. was a fabulous guide. He had done terrific research and shared his knowledge with us in a friendly manner. He was a great driver and spoke clearly so all could hear. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR A BEAUTIFUL DAY!
An absolute waste of money. Bought for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Not really a self guided tour. It tells you nothing about the spots it directs you to. Save your money and use your sat nav and a guidebook. It would be far more interesting and you could use that £25 for a pot of tea for two in a tourist teashop.
I'm sorry if you did not fully understand the experience. Your team's score indicates only 1 of 191 available destinations and challenges were visited, and of course explains why you didn't have the full experience. We of course wish you had given it a try, as we believe you would have soon discovered it to be much more than first impressions. Travellers that begin the experience discover how it helps them explore and learn in a brand-new way… and certainly discover that it’s very different from using guide books etc. I’m sorry that self-guided travel wasn’t the right fit for you on this occasion, however, and we would like to provide you with a full refund (please email support@cluecation.com).
