Dayu from BorobundurSunrise was great driver for the day. Always on time and gets all the stuff of tickets, managing queues for you. Also brought us to a great lunch spot with Prambanan temple views. We got the borobundur (structure included, important) + trambanan temples tour 100% recommend

The entire tour was perfectly organized, from the hotel pick-up and ticket arrangements to all the transfers and the return journey. A special mention goes to our driver, Daju, who truly elevated the whole experience. He was extremely kind, attentive and thoughtful throughout the day, making sure we had everything we needed. He was also excellent company during the journey and consistently went the extra mile to make the day as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Of course, visiting Borobudur and Prambanan was a wonderful experience in itself, but the quality of the service—and especially Daju’s hospitality—made the day even more memorable. We had an amazing day, and a big part of that was thanks to Fajar. He is a fantastic driver and guide: friendly, spontaneous, easy to talk to, and always happy to answer any questions. During the drives he explained the history and background of the viewpoints and temples, and he also told us interesting things about Indonesia and daily life in Yogyakarta. He made the long drives enjoyable and relaxed. Our day started very early with a visit to Setumbu Hill for the sunrise. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the sunrise because of the fog, but of course that's something nobody can control. After that we visited Borobudur Temple, which was absolutely stunning. The official temple guide was excellent and explained the history in a very interesting way. We learned so much and really enjoyed the experience. Next we went to Prambanan Temple, and once again the guide there (local temple guide) was fantastic. The stories and history were fascinating, and it made the visit much more meaningful than simply walking around the temple complex. At the end of the tour, Fajar even took us to a supermarket because we needed to buy a few things. He was more than happy to do this, and it saved us a lot of time. We really appreciated that extra effort. The tour costs around **€85**, which may sound like a lot at first. However, the entrance tickets alone cost us around €50 in total. That means the additional €35 was absolutely worth it for the comfortable private transportation, the excellent organization, and especially the personal service from Fajar. Everything was taken care of, so we could just relax and enjoy the day. We highly recommend this tour, and if you have the chance to go with Fajar, don't hesitate. He made an already beautiful day even better. Thank you, Fajar!

An outstanding guide – highly recommend Fajar! Fajar guided us for 3 days and made the whole experience truly memorable. His attentiveness was spot on throughout, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Faisal was a great guide, really friendly and engaging and told us lots about Yogyakarta, Java and Indonesia. He made us feel very comfortable. The tour was well organised with tickets and guides at the temples giving us virtually no waiting time.

A day tour getting to see 2 renowned UNESCO Heritage Sites in a single day. It is a tour not to be missed for those who love historical sites and well worth it. Prambanan and Borubudur are simply awesome and lived up to their reputation. This tour came with hotel pick up and drop off. The guides were excellent and took their time to explain the history behind these 2 places.
