Brilliant relaxing session in a beautiful setting on the beach, definitely recommend!

I love starting my mornings with a yoga class in El Medano with Eva. It’s truly a special experience: her calm and soothing voice guides every movement, creating an atmosphere of deep peace from the very beginning. The classes are accessible to all levels, with variations and adjustments that allow everyone to practice at their own pace, without ever feeling inadequate or pressured. This makes it perfect even for beginners or for anyone simply looking for a moment of calm and grounding. There is no judgment, only presence, breath, and awareness of the body. An experience I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Tenerife who wants to reconnect with balance and inner peace!

I was privileged to be able to join Eva’s Friday morning class - this day under some trees a little back from the beach due to strong winds. She has a very warm and welcoming air about her and made everyone feel welcome. Her instructions are easy to follow and alternatives are given to meet different levels of experience. Eva makes yoga for both body, soul and mind and I was left with a wonderful feeling inside and out for the remainder of the day. I can highly recommend Yoga on the beach with Eva.

We had a beautiful and relaxing yoga class in front of the ocean. Practicing yoga with Eva, right on the beach, was truly incredible. Breathing in the fresh morning energy of the sea made the experience unforgettable. Eva is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. We felt completely comfortable and connected throughout the session. What we also loved is that this is a sustainable activity to enjoy in Tenerife. It’s in harmony with nature, leaves no footprint, and allows you to connect deeply with the island in an authentic way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tenerife!

Myself & my husband booked yoga with Eva while we were visiting Tenerife. lt was really beautiful to be on/near the beach and good to get moving after not practicing for so long, plus my husband’s first yoga class IRL. Eva was great at accommodating for our level, injury and my pregnancy. I feel set up to start gently stretching and strengthening more to aid my pregnancy. Thank you!

I’ve been practising yoga with Eva for a few months now. After regular attendance I feel more strong in my body and also more confident with myself. Each class is different, Eva always introduces new elements which makes the practice more interesting. She takes care of the atmosphere during classes so that everyone feels welcome. Eva is a passionate teacher with a lot of experience and professional approach. I can recommend classes for beginners but also for more advanced ones who want to go deeper into the practice. For me, what makes the class even more special is being surrounded by nature and the sound of the ocean, so I can ground myself and focus on the present moment. Well worth the trip from Santa Cruz! We are both on-and-off with yoga and thought it would be a fun experience during our holiday and we were not disappointed! Eva was a very good leader and clearly very knowledgeable; helping us relax despite the birthday party happening a little further along the beach. A fantastic little session in a beautiful place!
