Awesome venue and view.
1st time for this old stiff arse but what a fantastic way to end the day. Great host, brilliant views and a really good atmosphere. Enjoyed every second of it. Everyone should have a go.

Very special experience, definitely recommend for anyone seeking wellness during their vacation
We gifted this experience to our friend as a birthday present. It was a very memorable moment together, being present in the moment and experiencing the setting of the sun above Paros.
The guide did a wonderful job in guiding the yoga session and making sure everyone is comfortable. Definitely recommend this experience!

Best Sunset celebration ever.
Gorgeous Studio, stunning teachers, incredible views and great classes. A must go if you stay on the island. Sunset sound bath are the best. S*

Perfect time out
I booked the Signature Sunset Yoga with Soundhealing at Brittan and it was amazing! The view from the yoga room with setting sun is unique and completes the course perfectly. Highly recommended!

Lola is an amazing teacher - yoga and soundbath
Incredible sunset soundbath experience. Lola took us through some yin yoga, sat and honored the sun as it went down, then took us through a magical soundbath.

A sensational experience
I have never previously partaken in any type of yoga based activity. Though I thoroughly enjoy activity and am not opposed to mindfulness, I am generally incredibly inflexible and therefore was steeling myself for an hour of excruciating pain and humiliation…
In fact, this was one of the most enjoyable experiences of a very enjoyable holiday - it’s amazing how doing this in the morning sets you up for the day. That’s not to forget the evening sessions which are quite an experience also and allow you a chance to fully appreciate the spectacular sunset over the Aegean horizon.
I’m sure there is a technical term for a yoga person (but as I don’t know it I’ll just say instructor) and they were absolutely amazing in terms of creating a great experience and also happily very non judgemental.
Absolutely brilliant, a must if you’re staying at the Mythic hotel and well worth travelling to if you are not.
