A differenza di un normale viaggio a Jiufen, Shifen e Yehliu, questo spettacolare tour di un giorno con partenza da Taipei ti porterà anche in un'attrazione dove potrai vedere il Mare di Yin Yang, le Rovine a 13 Livelli e la bellissima Cascata d'Oro in una sola volta. Visita la città mineraria sulle montagne, Jiufen, per vivere la scena di "Spirited Away". Andate alla cascata di Shifen per rilassarvi e la Old Street per liberare i vostri desideri nel cielo, e che il vostro viaggio diventi meraviglioso!

Splendide formazioni geologiche create da secoli di erosione dell'oceano e del vento, questa meraviglia naturale presenta forme rocciose uniche come l'iconica "Testa di Regina", una formazione delicatamente equilibrata che ricorda il profilo di una regina, così come altre nominate creativamente "Scarpa delle fate", "Candele di mare" e "Rocce dei funghi".
Il colore della cascata d'oro non è dovuto all'inquinamento, ma piuttosto a una combinazione di minerali naturali come ferro e rame provenienti dalle vicine miniere abbandonate di Jinguashi. Qui potrete anche affacciarvi sulle Rovine dei 13 Strati, conosciute anche come i "Resti dei Tredici Livelli", insieme al Mare di Yin-Yang. Il mare qui esibisce una miscela unica di tonalità giallo-oro e blu intenso, simile al simbolo yin-yang taoista. [Nota bene:A causa delle restrizioni al traffico nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi, il tour non sarà in grado di visitare Golden Waterfall. Tuttavia, visiteremo ancora il mare di Yin-Yang. ]
Nota per i suoi vicoli stretti, le tradizionali case da tè e le vivaci lanterne rosse, Jiufen era una volta una prospera città mineraria d'oro durante l'occupazione giapponese all'inizio del XX secolo. Al giorno d'oggi è d'obbligo avere un assaggio del tè locale nelle case da tè per godersi il panorama e avere una ciotola di palline di taro come dessert.
La cascata di Shifen è spesso elogiata come il "Piccolo Niagara di Taiwan". Il potente flusso e la nebbia dell'acqua creano bellissimi arcobaleni nelle giornate di sole, aggiungendo un tocco magico all'esperienza.
La strada è fiancheggiata da negozi che vendono snack tradizionali, souvenir e lanterne del cielo, che i visitatori spesso decorano con desideri e rilasciano nel cielo per portar fortuna. Questa tradizione, originaria delle feste cinesi, è diventata una delle maggiori attrattive di Shifen, con feste annuali che attirano migliaia di persone che vengono a rilasciare lanterne in massa.

The itinerary included interesting rock formations by the sea, a must visit a hillside tourist town and the quintessential lantern launching pad. Our guide Trix Yang curated a introductory video of each stop as well as a map showing key attractions.
The tour was great! Imma is a good tour guide. She loves her job and she's accommodating. Would recommend her.

The time at each stop was well timed and adequate. It would have been a better excursion if our guide had a better command of English.
Jimmy was our driver and guide for this tour. There was only one more couple with us on this tour so Jimmy picked us up in a sedan. He covered all the attractions giving us ample time at each place. He gave us loads of information. Upon return he dropped us off at the night market so that we got to experience that as well. Overall, a great experience!
The tour bus driver was disappointing - tardy pick ups, aggressive driving on the highway, and erratic sudden stops mid driving. Aside from the driver, Eva/guide is awesome! Her peppy energy, fantastic communication on history and directions, along with warm and inviting Q&A are just a few traits that made the trip worth the book! We did not visit the Golden Waterfall as that trip was cancelled and I was transferred to the mainstream one. I'd say we visited the Shifen waterfall, which was nice, although some 15-20 min walking one way from the parking. I found Shifen village uninteresting. Those lantern launches are for (dumb) tourists who don't care about the environmental impact of those lanterns ending up on fields and on trees. As tourists keep paying for this senseless service, tour operators will keep bringing them to Shifen. Apart from that, there's nothing to be seen or done in the village. Jiufen felt overcrowded and is not so amazing: the famous teahouse and a very long street with shops and stairs. The surrounding area looked beautiful but under pouring rain it was not easy to see a lot. The Yehliu geopark was beautiful, it's perhaps the only place I would go back to again. Our guide was a nice lady who provided useful information.
We sincerely apologize for the lack of coordination regarding the cancellation of the Golden Waterfall visit and the transfer to a different tour without your preference. We will conduct a thorough review to improve our itinerary transparency and explore more sustainable alternatives for our activities, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
This tour is strongly recommended if you want to see many interesting and beautiful places in the coastal area in one day. They all are worth seeing, and it could be difficult and take a lot of time to do it by yourself. The tour provided sufficient time to explore the sites, and the guide was very helpful. Be prepared: these are popular, touristy sites, still good.

such a good and educational tour! the guide was very knowledgeable and helpful and the group was small which made the experience feel more personal and meaningful. could not recommend this experience enough. i felt like the time in each place was the perfect amount, i never felt rushed and i never felt bored! such an amazing tour to book!!

There were only 3 people on the tour so it felt very intimate in our own private taxi car the whole day. Our guide was the absolute best and she did a great job explaining some of the history behind the naming of the towns we visited. If you want a stress free day around Juifen and Shifen I highly recommend this tour.
