Overall great trip. It started early but we were able to get to the park for 6.30am and see lots of animals. Seen a couple of leopards, loads of elephants, some monkeys and other wildlife. Our guide was great at finding each animal and making sure we had enough time at each. Food was delicious. A long day but worth it.

Had a well-organised trip. We didn’t want to deal with all the logistics so the inclusive deal meant return trip from our hotel in Midigama to Tissa which started with a 430am pick up, entry fees into Yala, jeep safari and guide, plus lunch. You aren’t guaranteed to see every animal but our guide was able to show us a family of 3 elephants, a leopard sleeping in the distance, countless crocodiles and many other animals.We were back at our hotel at around 2pm so a chance to relax for the remainder of our day, Good communication from company. A fantastic day.

Our Yala Safari Tour was an unforgettable adventure from start to finish. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us spot elephants, leopards, crocodiles, peacocks, and many other wild animals. The safari vehicle was comfortable, and the entire trip was well organized. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an exciting and memorable wildlife experience in Sri Lanka.

We really enjoyed our Yala Safari. Ishan was a wonderful driver who also explained a lot about Sri Lanka and sites on the long drive down to the Safari from Colombo. The Safari driver was excellent as well. We were able to see numerous animals including Elephants. Spotting a leopard relaxing by a lake was the highlight of the tour. I highly recommend this tour!

Our Safari tour was wonderful. Our driver Ishan was well prepared for the long drive from Colombo to the National Park at Yala with water and wonderful stories of Sri Lanka. He also explained many things about the culture and sites during the drive to the Safari. The Safari was a great adventure. We have been on Safaris in South Africa and this was very different. We were able to see elephants, mongoose, deer, wolves and other animals. The highlight of the tour was seeing a leopard. Our Safari driver/guide was great at explaining everything about the park and animals to us. It is a very long day leaving from Colombo to the National Park but well worth it.

I booked an airport pick up and Yala day trip with this company. They were excellent. Communicated quickly and thoroughly, showed up exactly on time, explained every step of the day trip. Our Yala safari was amazing, our guide explained everything to the kids and noticed when they started to get antsy and adjusted plans to keep them engaged. We were lucky enough to see a Leopard and it was magical!

We had an absolute all-round carefree trip with our super reliable and highly recommended driver Passindu. The day before the tour everything was confirmed in writing again, so we felt well prepared. Pick-up and transport worked perfectly – on time, pleasant and safe at all times. The safari through Yala National Park was a real highlight. We have seen an incredible number of animals: Elephants, crocodiles, numerous exotic birds and even a leopard! Passindu and our jeep driver explained a lot to us on the way and you could tell that they know the area and wildlife very well. The lunch was also great and overall the whole trip was excellently organised. We felt comfortable and safe all the time. Clear recommendation for those who want to experience a relaxed and unforgettable safari!

We did a private Yala day trip from Galle. It was excellent! We were collected at 10am and taken in a private transfer to a lunch spot just outside Yala. We then were transferred into a private jeep for the safari. The safari was incredible. The driver drove very safely & steadily through the park and was great at giving us little bits of info. The driving pace is important as some of the jeeps drove too fast which meant that they missed some of the animals we saw & the passengers must have had an uncomfortable ride. We saw so many animals - a sloth bear, eagle, water buffalo, mongoose, various birds, deer, toucon but the highlights were seeing elephants at various points (eg walking as a herd & separately a mum & two baby elephants having a wash) and a leopard asleep in a tree. We left the park just before 6pm (which was a majestic time as the animals were eg moving more / heading to the small lakes for water) and got back to Galle at 10pm They provide bottled water & lunch. Trainers are fine to wear but the terrain is bumpy so be mindful of that if you have any back issues etc.

We enjoyed our trip to Yala safari park, we were disappointed with how few animals there were at the park. In most circumstances, there were around 30-40 safari trucks in one place and a line of cars waiting to get a glimpse of an animal. We got to see one leopard from a distance and one close up. I know that it is not a circus or a zoo, and animals don't just come out at the right time, but I was very disappointed there were so many safari vehicles, which may have had some influence on how many animals would be seen. The drive to and from was great. The driver through Yala was great.

Absolutely amazing trip, our driver/guide was fantastic and we were lucky enough to see some incredible sights such as a leopard, eagles and lots of other wildlife. Would thoroughly recommend it, everything went smoothly and was well organised.
