Everything was grest except Xocimilco was horrible. Nothing like I thought it would be. 100 boats in the way crashing into each other. I saw about 2 city blocks of the 17 miles of canals. Not the tours fault. Its just the clay it's been set up. Biggest disappointment of my trip. Will never go back and I will tell anyone I know to skip it.
Our driver was Juan and the guide was Carlos, the were amazing. We were a small group which made it even more personal. Carlos has his masters in archeological so his insight on the ruins, history of the areas we visited were all top notch. In our tour to Xochimilco he organized a "home cooked" meal for our boat which was amazing and super authentic. It was an amazing experience and definitely a must. Make sure you ask for Carlos and Juan you will not be disappointed.
Our experience turned out to be a 'private' tour because the others in our group didn't arrive on time. So that meant we could go at our own pace and stop at a couple shops while walking. The elements didn't disappoint; they were all part of a good first visit to get to know the areas (this was not our first visit). The stadium and UNAM were my least favorite, as there was not much to see, but Xochimilco was as fun as ever.
Very friendly experience, I think I would repeat and the attention of these people is very good. I recommend it.
He stressed that the programme was not implemented. Visits to Estadlo Azteco and UNAM were not made. I was disappointed that the contract had not been fulfilled.
The first stop was very long with the sole objective of selling and selling. Then very little time to see Coyoacan and vague explanations. We didn't see the promenade where artists paint. Then we went to university and Aztec state and the explanations were also short. We were very short. He hardly gave us time to take pictures. Then we went to Xochimilco and ate the horse 1 hour to eat and return to destination. They didn’t explain anything about the village, either, although we drove past him. I do not recommend it with this company

I loved everything, the guide gave us a history lesson and tremendous guidance during the tour, we had a great time with Marco Antonio. 10 out of 10 this experience!
I booked the tour Xochimilco, Coyoacán, Estadio Azteca & UNAM and the experience was very disappointing. A day earlier I was informed that I was due to report at 8:15, although the tour was listed at 9:00. I arrived on time and waited more than 30 minutes without anyone telling me they would be late. I had to call myself to find out what was going on. Then the logistics were a total mess: I was put on a combi, lowered to change to another, then to a third, and again I had to wait. Clearly there was no prior organization. When the tour finally started, it turned out that I was the only passenger. Clearly the agency did not organize the exit well and I should have been referred to another agency instead of improvising. The tour ended up being just me and the driver (Rafael). While he showed goodwill, the situation was extremely uncomfortable. Also, the title of the tour indicates that you visit the Azteca Stadium, but this is not true because the stadium is under repair. This is something that the agency knows perfectly well and yet they do not update it, which is misleading. Being the only passenger, the visits were very brief; it gave the feeling that they wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. In short, a poorly organized, uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I don't recommend it.
It was wonderful, fun, tidy and really worth it. The guide was fine. It included visiting many interesting places.
