Alberta e José Luis, nel 1999 hanno iniziato a produrre vino artigianale per assaggiarlo a casa, nel 2005 hanno deciso di produrre il loro primo vino in vendita, hanno desiderato avere la stessa essenza di condividere la loro professione e il loro viaggio attraverso la vita. José Luis è responsabile del settore, della parte operativa della Cantina e di garantire che le viti producano frutti eccellenti e di garantire che abbiano i parametri proposti di serie, mentre Alberta è l'enologo della Cantina, ha la sua posizione, la direzione dei processi di Vinificazione e l'amministrazione dello stesso, dimostrano entrambi la sua compagnia e la consegna in ciascuna delle sue bottiglie. La nostra riserva speciale, il vino di qualità dell'azienda vinicola ottenuto da una miscela di Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sirah e Nebbiolo in cui sono espressi i diversi terreni della regione: Valle de Guadalupe, San Antonio de las Minas e San Vicente.

Delicious food and Estefani is the best host

The full tasting package is worth it if you want to live the total tasting experience of Xecue wines. It was our first time and for that same reason we did not want to miss any wine to taste; our favorites were the fruity ones, Merlot and Malbec. It is a quiet place during the week; on weekends it is recommended that you come with a reservation.
During our stay in Valle de Guadalupe we decided to visit Xecue for my birthday. Samira took care of us, we received exceptional service, and we took away very good memories of the place.
