Hwiho Craft è un laboratorio di esperienza artigianale tradizionale in Corea, dove è possibile immergersi nell'arte dell'artigianato in madreperla. Attraverso questa esperienza, imparerai le tecniche alla base della lavorazione con la madreperla, un materiale unico realizzato con conchiglie lavorate sottili che mostrano colori vivaci. Queste tonalità naturali possiedono una bellezza sofisticata che non può essere replicata artificialmente. Presso il nostro laboratorio, avrete la possibilità di creare una varietà di articoli, come portachiavi, accessori per capelli, specchi compatti e scatole di accessori, tutti utilizzando la madreperla. È possibile esprimere una vasta gamma di disegni, dai modelli tradizionali coreani alle iniziali personali. Offriamo una selezione di modelli, forme e persino lettere Hangeul o inglesi per creare un souvenir unico nel suo genere. - I bambini devono essere accompagnati da un tutore. Sia il bambino che il tutore sono tenuti ad acquistare un prodotto e a partecipare alla lezione. (I bambini non possono partecipare da soli, e i tutori non possono partecipare solo come osservatori.)

Our session learning how to make rings with mother of pearl was very fun! Our instructor was kind and patient and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely go back to make more when we visit again!
The teacher was really patient, professional, and understanding, giving clear instructions and guidance on applying mother of pearl to items in our own creative fashion. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create beautiful items to take home.
Great experience, lots of fun
I booked this class for my parents visiting me in Korea as an anniversary gift for their 30th year wedding anniversary. As the special gem stone for 30 years is pearl, it was perfect. Upon reading the reviews this felt like the best class for them and once they arrived home they were keen to share how amazing the class was. ● They were lucky and only 2 other people booked at the same time so it was the perfect class size. A maximum of 9 people could be in a class so 4 was great. However, their class was on a Thursday 2:30pm so this is why. ● I requested for an English speaking instructor which was provided. ● The staff were very helpful but also very calm and quiet which made for a relaxing class. ● They were given all the assistance they needed during the class and the staff were able to answer any questions they had. ● The location was easy to travel to by subway and the directions to the location were easy to follow and find. ● My parents are both incredibly happy with their keyrings they created and the staff set up a lovely area to take pictures of their crafts after it was all finished. ● The class only being an hour long was plenty of time to design and create everything. ● The price of the class per person felt appropriate as its an hour long and all the materials are provided. As I was booking this without having experienced it myself and I was not attending with them, I was a bit worried that maybe it wasn't going to be as good as I hoped but it turned out way better than I hoped and I'm super happy to have been able to provide a wonderful gift to my parents. My parents recommended me to go some day as they enjoyed it so much so I hope that is a testament to how great this experience was!

It was a good experience once we got there. I would have liked an address that shows up on gps then Directions upfront that there is a side entrance and there are 4 flights of stairs ( no elevator) to get to the workshop.

So fun! Absolutely do this. It’s not terribly time consuming and you have a fun self-made souvenir.
