Wolf's Lair (Wolfschanze) si trova nel distretto dei laghi Mazury (ex Prussia orientale), a 4 ore di auto da Varsavia. Il complesso contiene oltre 80 edifici, tra cui enormi bunker per alti funzionari tedeschi come Göring, Bormann e Hitler, tra gli altri. I quartieri erano una città autosufficiente e nel 1944 vivevano qui circa 2000 persone. Durante la seconda guerra mondiale Hitler trascorse oltre 800 giorni nella Tana del lupo e questo fu anche il luogo di un tentativo di assassinio nella sua vita.
Treblinka II era un campo di sterminio nazista tedesco, situato a 100 km a est da Varsavia. Ha funzionato per 1 anno durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale e il numero di vittime è stato di oltre 800.000. Non vedrai edifici autentici perché i tedeschi hanno distrutto il campo nel 1943. Inizieremo la nostra visita dal Museo dove guarderai 2 cortometraggi su Reinhard Action e Treblinka Camp. Vedrai anche lì il modello del campo. Quindi faremo una passeggiata per il sito del monumento. Successivamente continueremo a Treblinka I, che era un campo di lavoro penale. Avrai la possibilità di vedere lì una cava di ghiaia - il luogo di lavoro degli schiavi e il sito di esecuzione.

This tour is a must do for visitors to Warsaw who are history lovers. Anna was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable. The guide she had for us at the Wolf Lair was also excellent. A long day but well worth it. Anna is also excellent driver

A great tour to experience WWII history. Anna was a most enjoyable guide who spent a long day with us, providing a wealth of information on both locations we visited. Upon reaching Wolf's Lair, Anna introduced us to a very experienced guide who showed us around the site. It's a long day visiting both sights from Warsaw, but Anna made it a great day.

Two essential WWII historical sights were the basis for this excellent full day tour. Anna, my wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable driver-guide, communicated very well before the tour so I knew exactly what to expect. She picked me up promptly at my hotel in Old Town Warsaw and told me so much about Treblinka during our drive there. Once we arrived she took me on a super good, informative and detailed tour of Treblinka. I knew very little about the history of the camp, so Anna taught me a lot. Touring Treblinka which, at that time, was the first concentration camp I had ever been to, was a powerful, moving experience. Anna then drove me to Hitler's Wolf's Lair which was creepy, disturbing, dark, fascinating, and essential viewing for anybody who is genuinely interested in WWII history. Anna had another guide who was an absolute expert in the history and background of the Wolf's Lair, and she walked me around the entire site for almost two hours. I learned a LOT. While I was aware of the assassination attempt against Hitler which happened here (see the Tom Cruise movie Valkyrie) they both filled me in on so much more. Well worth seeing. Anna was a terrific guide and driver. Highly recommended tour.

We had an amazing day. We could not be happier with the experience. Anna does an amazing job, offering lots of insights and useful information on a very comfortable car journey. Anna, the guide, was fantastic. She was very informative not only about Treblinka but also about Poland. She was very accommodating during the car ride and had a very well informed colleague meet us at Wolf's Lair for the tour there. I would recommend the tour to anyone.

Our guide Anna, in addition to being a very good driver, has been our guide in Treblinka and beyond, has enriched our trip with lots of useful information. Our guide to the bunker was outstanding, we didn't know quite what to expect but it far exceeded our expectations!
