Ashley and Amy were sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable. Ashley’s music playlist was perfect for our class! Their patience and information were the best! This was the coolest, most fun thing we did in Salem! They even told us how to UPS our brooms home in a box, which no other UPS store anywhere has! We had so much fun! Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Ashley and Amy were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! We enjoyed everything about the Broom making class!!! It was a fantastic way to make an extra special keepsake from our 2026 trip to Salem. We would and have told everyone, this is a "MUST DO"!!

This was a wonderfully fun and calm experience. After a week of walking and experiencing a fun vacation in Maine and Salem this class was just what the doctor ordered! The instructor was so pleasant and talked me through every step of the process ensuring my broom was secure and made correctly. The choice of materials gave everyone endless opportunities to make their own unique brooms that reflected their personalities. I came home with something I love that is a happy reminder of my trip and I cannot wait to display it in my home! Highly recommend!!

Are you kidding me??? This was the most fun I have had in long time!! What a cool idea. I love that the brooms are not your typical Salem Witch souvenir tacky. They are tasteful, personal, and so much fun to do. I felt the fee was well worth it for what you get to leave with. Kara was so laid back and super helpful. I had the place all to myself (off season) and I loved it. I had plenty of time to complete my broom and make it look just how I wanted it to. Communication and expectations were VERY clear and I had no problem navigating the process from meeting point to how get your creation home safely. Make time to go…it is so worth it!

If you’re visiting Salem, this is an experience you absolutely should not miss. I took my mother and sister to this broom-making workshop at Salem Witch City Broom Company (only I was excited for this, my mother and sister were skeptical) and it ended up being THE highlight of our entire trip. Santiago was our instructor, and he made the experience so much more than simply crafting brooms. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome. He shared his own story of how he came to work at the broom company, kept us entertained with great conversation, and taught us about the history of Salem and the symbolism behind handcrafted brooms. I especially loved learning that brooms have long been viewed as protective tools and that creating one with positive intentions can make it far more meaningful than just an ordinary stereotypical witch’s broom. Santiago took his time with each of us, making sure we created the broom we had envisioned while encouraging us to make it uniquely our own and helping us along the way. From choosing the colorful bristles and the size and color of the wooden handle to selecting dried flowers, ribbons, and charms, every detail made the experience feel personal and creative. We left with three absolutely beautiful brooms with positive vibes and memories we’ll always treasure. Santiago’s kindness, knowledge, and positive energy made the workshop feel incredibly special. The instructor is very friendly and helpful with the people who are there to make brooms she was very helpful with my 9 year old goddaughter she met everyone outside to make sure we got to the broom making alright

The couple was amazing and very patient with each person. If you are not a crafter it’s no problem they help you through it! I enjoyed it very much!

Santiago was an amazing teacher for making brooms. It was fun and a wonderful keepsake of our trip.
