The drive up the mountain was a small preview of what was to come, true uninterrupted beauty. The Lady we spent the day with was hospitable and her pride in her Vineyard showed in her extensive knowledge of the entire "Green" process of cultivating wine and Olive Oil. We had a Private Tour just my wife Meg and myself, but we simply booked online, and it cost the same as if we were part of a Big Tour Group. We Called her Cindy, but our lovely blonde petite representative not only informed us, but found us a lunch reservation at Delfino, a famous restaurant sitting on top of hill with the most mouthwatering food I cannot pronounce, with Duck and Goat are served with Thick Steaks. We spent over 5 days in Rome, 3 days in Florence, A seven day cruise on the MSC Bellmesimo, and drove the countryside for days. This was in retrospect truly one of the best days and experiences we had in Italy.
